I found Tempo & Time on Chrono24, and was then directed to their website which held various lovely watches. I fell in love with a Rolex Explorer 2 from 2006 and wrote Jonathan on Whatsapp. Jonathan immediately responded and further sent through several pictures and info upon request. It was a very straightforward deal, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I bought an AP Royal Oak from Tempo & Time in December 2016 and sold a JLC Reverso through them in early 2017. Both experiences were excellent. Jonathan and Simon are knowledgeable, helpful, very responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with overall. The sale process with the Reverso was seamless from start to finish (and they got me an excellent deal fairly quickly for what is ultimately quite a niche watch). The AP was a beautiful watch for a great price; a few months in, I encountered a small problem with the crown, but Simon and Jonathan took care of the entire repair and servicing process with the AP servicing centre in London and I essentially got a full service free of charge. I've dealt with many watch dealers over the years and Tempo & Time are one of the absolute best.

The strap was adjusted for me several times until it was just right.

I buy a lot of watches; some new, some used, and experiences vary. This is my first review of a watch dealer, however, and I hope this helps to comfort anyone who is thinking of 'pulling the trigger' but for whatever reason isn't quite sure. Certain things help: good photos, an honest description, a fair price, and an attentive, responsive seller.

Genuinely, this has been the best and most efficient transaction with a seller to date. I bought a recent Rolex DJ - so not the cheapest purchase - but the price on the website was fair, and the description clear with plenty of photos. On contacting Jonathan he couldn't have been more helpful, being quick to respond and very accommodating; he let me make my mind up without being pushy, but patient in addressing my questions.

On agreeing to proceed, we met at the T&T office at a mutually convenient time and the transaction was smooth without being rushed. I was genuinely delighted with the watch and that the condition presented was as expected.

I understand that as a dealer/broker, T&T have plenty of contacts and no doubt a good turnover of stock in addition to seeking out 'grail watches' on request. I will certainly keep them bookmarked in my browser and intend on sharing with them my shopping list for future options!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Simon and Jonathan of Tempo and Time when buying a pre-owned watch. Jonathan responded to my initial enquiry swiftly and also provided additional photos of the watch. All my subsequent questions about the watch and Tempo and Time were answered in a similar swift manner. The transaction went smoothly and Simon kept me informed all the way including providing a tracking number once the payment was made. The watch arrived the next day and was just as described in mint condition. I would not hesitate in recommending Tempo and Time and look forward to dealing with them again the future.

I had been wanting to pick up an Omega Speedmaster for a while when I came across Tempo and Time via Chrono 24. I dropped them an email to enquire as I couldn’t find much information about their company online. Jonathan quick answered as well as sending me more pictures of the watch in question. I put down a 10% deposit to hold the watch and went to view it in person a week later. Both Simon and Jonathan were faultless, you can tell they have a real passion for the watch industry in general and take great pride in the watches they source and sell. The whole experience was friendly and personable from start to finish. The watch itself was exactly as describe and in fantastic condition. It was a pleasure buying a watch from a company and individuals who obviously care about the products they sell and the customers they sell too. Strongly recommend

I first had contact with Jonathan through WhatsApp and was very quick to reply and help me with Part Exing a few watches. I then arranged to meet Jonathan and Simon on Friday. A cool/modern place to work, very friendly guys and more importantly worked out a good deal with the watches.

The AP Royal Oak 15400st is amazing. Full Box and Papers and couldn't be happier with it.

I just purchased a Rolex Submariner LV from Tempo & Time and it was a real pleasure to deal with Jonathan and Simon.
My first contact started when I asked for additional pictures for a watch advertised at Chrono24. Jonathan replied within one hour and sent me 14 pictures of the watch. At the same time he told me that they just bought another watch (a full set in mint condition). Since I really wanted a full set I found this watch very interesting.
To be sure I was making the right decision I had quite a lot of questions. Jonathan answered all of them in details and he even sent me videos of both watches.
I live I Denmark but I wanted to pick up the watch in person. Therefore, to make sure the watch I wanted most would not be sold (it is a popular model) I paid a 10% deposit. I was never afraid of doing this since the dialogue had been so good and professional. When I paid the deposit I was assured that the watch would be kept for me and Jonathan immediately informed me then they had received the deposit.
When I picked up the watch it was a pleasure to feel the passion both Jonathan and Simon have. They clearly want the customer to be happy and feel special. They showed me all I needed to know about the watch and when I left their office I knew I had purchased the right product from the right dealer.

I will definitely recommend Tempo & time and I’m looking forward to buy my next watch from them.

I bought my grail watch from JT and Si and T&T (Vintage datejust white gold) and the service that these gentleman provided was second to none. They took the time to listen to my requirements, gave me plenty of good options and found me my perfect first Rolex. Can't recommend them enough, they are honest and a real pleasure to do business with. I'm already considering getting another Rolex from them as we speak.

Very good wanted to get some advice on investment and what watch would be right for me very helpful. Spent time going over the options very easy going guys would buy again from them.

Simon is 34 or 47, Jonathan is 37 or 47 depending on where you look. Could not find much about the Tempo & Time company. Their surnames don't appear on their website. I tried to buy a watch and had to make an appointment Jonathan responded to my first email to say the watch I wanted was sold but he had an older one. I emailed back and said provide me some images. he did then he told me both watches were available. so I arranged an appointment. then he emailed back and said they had both gone. Also in person there is no 14 day returns policy and I think you get sent the watch later I.e. not on the day of purchase. It all seemed a bit odd to me.
