The Saronno/Tempocasa team are a pleasure and a delight to work with. At all stages of my house purchase, they simplified complexity and looked after my best interests.

Matteo (Saronno/Sales) is a class act, and a delight to work with. So much of any property rental transaction is built on trust, and enabled by good communications. For the rental of my house, Matteo delivered both of these qualities in spades.

Matteo was professional and friendly on my initial viewing of the house, and he made time for me in what I know was a very busy day for him. Matteo is also an experienced hand, clearly knows the local sales market better than most, and has the experience, confidence and good instincts to give an expert opinion when needed. I hugely valued and trusted his sage advice when I was mooting my options on making an initial offer, plus then in dealing with all the inevitable pre-sales procedures while navigating all the legislative responsibilities, absolutely first rate expertise and at all times he was entirely honest, clear and transparent with me.

Matteo's management of the entire sales/purchase process was superb, and yet again he was consistently clear, honest and transparent in all of our communications while also providing hugely valuable insights, advice and expertise to keep me right.

He is clearly part of a great team in the Saronno branch - all of whom are highly experienced and efficient, with a unique charm and personable approach, all of which helps build trust and reduce stress in the complexity of buying my new home.

Luna also deserves special credit for her fluency in English, and patient advice in my hectic days leading up to the actual completion day. I am hugely grateful to her, for her gift of bilingual communication, her sage advice and valuable reassurance.

I was initially nervous about buying my home, but Matteo and the Tempocasa team put me at ease from the outset, and my trust in them has been entirely vindicated. Matteo went over and above what I expected from him, at all times with charm and good humour, and I am hugely fortunate to have been under his expert and wise care for this transaction. Hence I rate and recommend Tempocasa/Saronno team extremely highly - huge thanks, Matteo and team!
