Sale of property at Li Punti - Sassari
Tempo Casa assisted in a sale of Property, in Li Punti, Sassari.
Claudio was my main point of contact. The property was put on the market May 23 and successfully completed June 24.
Given that I am based in the UK - I can honestly say that Claudio was a professional individual, providing guidance and kept me fully informed at all times, despite challenges and obstacles to progress the sale.
As this was an old property from 1980’s - we had to reconfigure certain parts of the property in order to sell, in order to conform to Italian laws.
Despite this, Tempocasa (Claudio) - had ample viewings every weekend and worked really hard to successfully achieve an offer and completion.
The professionalism, marketing, liaison with third parties and the service they provided over exceeded my expectations.
I fully recommend TempoCasa for anyone looking to sell a property or to purchase.
