I didnt even want to write a one star review for this site i ordered some items and these were creased like just scrunged in there package no care attall tacky and sent wrong sizes i recieved xl size of one item very unloved site to order from my items went straight in my bin ! Lesson learned AVOID items not like beautiful pictures on site waste of money

Temu is a ripoff and note I have purchased many items in the last several years. I almost placed with several items and with one or two items in quanities of two. Before I placed order there $ numbers did not add up - it appeared the second item was at a much higher price than if I just bought one. So I just went to Amazon you pay the listed price, easy returns and no lies.

I order hair deep wave 150% density 4×1 it's actually a human hair i was told is long from the picture, but the inches was not mention but I wasn't happy with what I got, because is just too short.

Order a lot off TEMU. It's hit and miss with some items, customer service are brilliant at sorting problems, and great at refunding of proof is shown of defective product.
I buy a lot from local warehouses, have had some great items to kitchen cupboard, and solid wood tv units, just ordered garden furniture at great price, will see the quality when it comes.

I ordered a loveseat. It got here. It expanded to the size of a childs couch. I’ve been going back-and-forth for a refund for over a month and all they do is send the same messages in like a circle and then they start back over at the first message and then they start back over and you get nowhere and then they want me to mail back a couch. That’s 5 foot long how how? Where do I get that box???

Bought 3 items on Temu just to give it a try. Each item was bad. Checked Tea Towels they sent plain white dish cloths. 18 pack of 3 ply (LUXURY) toilet roll total rubbish, small loosely packed rolls and it had a very strong foisty smell. Cat design denim look bag, not too bad but looked no where near as good as the photo. Since ordering I am getting e mail after email trying to get me to order more. Will never buy again.

Purchased a android smart box, item hasnt arrived. Tracking says we're expecting it, so its not even in transaction. Temu won't refund the money just saying sender has provided tracking details. Yet the item is even with royal mail.

Absolutely appalling company who sell poor quality goods, and entice vulnerable people to spend money they don't have by making them believe that they will get 100% money back. Their customer service when contacted offer the customer credit or coupons, so once again drawing customers in to buy inferior and poor quality goods. Then they encourage their customers to take out credit, no credit checks nothing. People who are vulnerable get into debt through this unscrupulous company.

Recently, Temu has started asking for age verification even for normal purchases. I tried to buy simple M8 nuts, and they were flagged as age-restricted items, which makes no sense.
This raises concerns about why such personal data is being requested. Payment is already handled through credit/debit cards or PayPal, so additional verification feels unnecessary. It makes me question whether this is about compliance or something else, like collecting user data.

Bought and paid for an item, they took the money but never sent me the goods, customer service is non existent.
Remember the old saying ' you get what you pay for ' in my case I never received my item.
Attempting to get your money back is just impossible and I can't understand why this so called company survives or has never been prosecuted for outright theft from their customers, I myself have sought legal advice against this company.
Anyone thinking of buying from TEMU, please read the reviews first.
