Absolutely awful as a prospective tenant

Absolutely awful to deal with as a prospective tenant for a long list of reasons. I have looked at a couple properties using this system and it's been a pain every time. Today's frustration was attempting to schedule both sides of a duplex. Showings can only be scheduled in half hour increments. I don't need a full hour to see two sides of the same duplex, so I tried scheduling them both during the same 30 minute time block. The AI must have decided that my request was a scam because it locked up on scheduling the second showing. I called the property management company with the listings and they were unable to override it. And I am now unable to schedule an entirely different propery using this system. I don't know if this is a temporary lockout of my account, or if it's permanent, and there is no way to get ahold of a human being to sort out the problem. It's so cumbersome and frustrating that I will skip any property using it for screening from now on.

Frustrated prospective renter

As a prospective renter, the tenantturner experience is frustrating to say the least. First, after asking screening questions they want you to upload a picture of either a credit card or a government ID. What? No one else requires that. Looking at their website security description, they pretty much tell you to use the website at your own risk! Who wants to upload their ID or credit card info to a compromise-able website?
Interaction with the website and via text is AI driven, so you don't arrange a showing with a live person. The house I went to see had a lockbox and I was told that I would be given a code to get in. When I got there, the tenantturner website required to see my location from my phone to verify I was there at the door. It kept telling me that I must have location services enabled, which I did. No matter what I tried, it would not reveal the code to the lockbox. So I drove an hour round-trip to a house that I could not get into. I called the emergency number and it was an AI bot that took my information but never heard from a human.
Epic fail!

Support never fixes anything, Integrations are problematic at best

We have used this service for over a year. My recommendation is do not use it with integration from any property management software (Buildium, Yardi, etc). Their support staff leave so much to be desired. For example, we have gone to them 5 separate times with separate issues and they have resolved the issues 0 times. We have lost tons of labor hours with our staff trying to get the software to work as advertised.

That all being said when it work's like its supposed to its a 4 star program, that is limited by it limited automation options in messages and timing of communications.

This business looks like a scam

I’ve encountered this site twice when trying to contact a rental. They ask for a lot of personal information and there is never an actual unit to tour or rent. I think it’s a scam.
