I bought an online store with a price lower than the market price. The dolls are of very poor quality and the real dolls are very different from the photos. Now I chose this online store and the dolls that arrived are exactly the same as the real ones. I am very happy, thank you

Solid communication. The only issue with my order was an option that I had selected was listed incorrectly and turned out to not be available for the product I was buying. This was communicated quickly with an offer to refund the price of the selected option or choose from the correct options list. I chose a different option from the corrected list. Everything else went perfectly smooth.

At first I was a little concerned to order such an expensive product on the internet, as I have read a lot about scam websites. Tenderdolls.com was the only website that seemed legit to me AND offered what I was looking for.
But in the end it was really Oliver who took away all concerns when I contacted the shop. Don't hesitate to ask him anything, he will enjoy to help you! Even after I placed my order we stayed in contact via mail and were able to perfectly adjust and change everything according to my needs. When the doll was ready to ship, he sent me pictures to confirm that everything was correct! Thanks to Oliver the whole process became a pleasant experience and I received an extremely beautiful doll that looks even better than on the pictures!

Very helpful and kept updates on status of orders in timely fashion along with answering any questions/concerns thoroughly. Also provided helpful links to care guides just to be extra informative while waiting for final delivery.

Good service. the only thing is the page said it came with one random free outfit,pair of handling gloves and a comb it didn't. No big deal I got the outfits I ordered and the other stuff.

So far, the service has been spot on. From ordering, to production time, I get told, roughly, how long the wait of a product is. Although, on a recent purchase I made, I never got a tracking number until the day of delivery. So you can imagine my surprise when I get home and see my package on my porch, out in the open. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but more communication when something has shipped would be appreciated. Other than that, no other complaints.

There were some slip-ups in the finalization of ordering, but the representative will work with you to remedy that and fix any problems. My only gripe is I wish the shipping procedures were more notarized without having to inquire

The best thing about tenderdolls is the customerservice I got from Oliver. He helped me from the beginning to the end in my purchase.
At first I couldn’t even make my purchase because I don’t have a credit card, but Oliver found a solution and made it possible.
Now as for the doll itself it’s quite incredible. First I was a little bit clumsy because you gotta do all the work yourself. But once you get the hang of it, its nearly the same thing as the real thing.
