Elbow relief.

I played golf for three straight days at the end of last year which is rare for me to do . I got severe golfers elbow in both elbows. I was to the point of tears.
After a few days I decided to do some Internet research to see what my options were.
My reasearch led me to Allen. I read the article and the personal reviews and compared them to other articles I found. What I liked was his attitude toward healing and strengthling without the usually cortisone shots and surgery options.
I signed up and started doing the therapy lessons, stretching exercises and heat applications. The results were amazing. After a week I could actually almost straighten out my elbows and more importantly could get some sleep. The discoloration went away and the swelling went away.
I'm still doing the routines and the elbows are playing golf again. I don't need surgery and I'm so gratefully that I found Allen.
His videos are excellent and easy to follow. He tells you exactly what to do and why.
I highly recommend his program. It definitely works for me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, Rich! (And for being my first reviewer here.) Glad to hear you're sleeping again and back on the golf course. Have a great summer!
