Returned sneakers, lost return tracking number. Rude customer service guy which seems to be only one wouldn’t check warehouse if the returned received. Extremely rude customer service and unhelpful. Stay away from this horrible company!

As I live quiet remote from Melbourne or sydney, the best way to buy or update the tennis gear is buy online, my choices are tennis only australia or tennis direct australia, the difference both of them is the handle, in my opinions tennis only always late delivery even though try use the express delivery but arriving in my PO BOX just exactly same things with the regular one. Compare with the tennis direct, always in 3 days I picking Uk the packet already. I don’t know are the tennis only really send it express or just not worry about the customer. Not recommended to choose express delivery, waste the money. Instead the packet coming today 25 Nov 25 now changing to Wed 26 Nov 25, but I don’t think so will come on Wednesday as the position still in brisbane till now I’m writing the review.

Don't recommend, shoes broke within very short time of use, and they did not care, clearly a production error, they said they "took it with Asics" but thats not how it works with consumer laws, which they clearly don't care about. Horrible customer service, I talked to Asics later on who said it seemed like a production fault which they couldn't help with as it was bought from Tennisonly, BIG MISTAKE to purchase here.

Ordered tuesday and item was delivered friday already. Shipment from spain to Belgium. First time i ordered Here and what a great service. Also a Free gift was included. I dont understand the bad reviews. Great website!

Not a great shop. They advertised a deal where the bag is cheaper with a racquet, then charged me the regular price. Said they’d post same day and items would arrive by Thursday (I purchased Tuesday), items were not even sent until Friday when I had purchased from this shop because of the quick delivery explicitly promised. Had to ask the same question to customer customer service three times before they even tried to answer it. Would not shop here again. They should honour the websites claims, anything else is deceit.

Just purchased my third racquet for the year. First one for my son then wife and now me. Demo programme was so easy to use. Tennis Only sent 3 racquets at a time for $25 in a postage paid return box. Use them for a week then send back. So easy and convenient. If you buy a racket they deduct the 25. We tried out 9 racquets in total. Stringing choices and prices are excellent. I initially came across Tennis Only about 4 years ago when both my kids started playing and bought two racquets. The customer service was great back then and still is now. I will continue to use this business in the future. Game set and match!

So slow with the delivery of the demo racquets, terrible communication, gave the wrong grip size on one of the racquets. Don't waste your time and go into a tennis store

I purchased expensive nike tennis shoes mid 2023 and the lacing eyelet broke after a few months wear. Tennis Only appear to be taking no responsibility for the faulty merchandise and are awaiting Nike's assessment of my shoes.
After sending them the requested photos, Tennis Only then requested that I return my shoes to them at my own expense. Fortunately my complaint on that front resulted in a postage paid option but i am still waiting to hear what remedy will be put in place.

The staffs in Tennis Only Chatswood are knowledgeable of the products & brands and they truly understand the game of tennis. They are very helpful & accommodating.
It would be a cherry on the cake is there are more variety of Wilson tennis shoes as I was expecting a specific Wilson shoe model.

Bought 2 padel rackets via Tennis Only online store with a delivery to Lithuania. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. Rackets arrived well packaged and a nice surprise was to see that each racket came in a racket bag!
Customer service is great via email and phone. Overall good experience and recommend this shop to everyone!

Note that after purchasing the items, shipping is calculated after the order is placed but the price is in line with the pricing table on website. Will have to make 2 payments (one for items + one for shipping) but that is how it works!

Perfect service for my new tennis shoes, great advice and first and foremost honest guidance in selecting the shoes... would recommend for everyone who looks for honest help!
