I ordered and paid for expensive head pro stock TGT 301.4 tennis racquets via instagram. Then when I read the trust pilot reviews I thought I was conned and it was a scam. Later the email communication was a bit slow but always very polite and accurate. They took their time preparing my special racquets but when the racquets arrived they were pristine and perfectly balanced to spec. I was blown away. They also sent it by complimentary DHL express which was an added cost to them. They also gave me complimentary strings!

I can totally tell you that this is a legitimate company and they are perfectionists and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them. You have to be slightly patient with them because they go the extra mile to ensure perfection.

Do not buy if you expect a streamlined, efficient delivery service... or to receive the goods at all.

Similar to other reviews - placed an order, no tracking or delivery updates added except a label created. Contacted them twice. No reply. Initiated a dispute with my credit card company, then got a reply offering the original strings + 2 other sets free as goodwill to remove the dispute. Replied back and said if they added the shipping details and I can see dispatched, then I'll remove the dispute. No reply. As of now, still nothing.

watch out guys!!! thinks twices before purchase from this company

Ordered 5 set of strings more than 3 weeks ago. Needed to pay 20 euros for sending the strings from Lisbon to The Netherlands. Which is very expensive, considering that it fits into an enveloppe. The package was not only sent late but was after 3 weeks clearly stuck with the courier in Lisbon. Emailed Seller a couple of times about this, but did not get any response from him until I, quite irritated, posted this review. The strings were after nearly 3 months returned to Seller. I had in the meantime received a charge-back from the Credit Card Company. Although I did not need the strings anymore, Seller nevertheless sent them to me for free as a goodwill gesture. And within a couple of days...So, a bad start, but a customer friendly end.

Best Tennis gear supplier! Very trustble with a huge list of options. A person that plays very well and tests all the products!
