I rarely write complaints

I rarely write complaints, but this situation leaves me no choice. I feel obligated to warn others about this website.

After legitimately winning approximately €4,500 through normal betting activity, I submitted a withdrawal request. I am fully aware that withdrawals can take time, which is why I waited patiently.

Five days later, I received an email stating that my account had been closed due to an alleged breach of their terms and conditions, and that my winnings would be confiscated.

Let me be absolutely clear: I have done nothing other than place standard bets, exactly as I have done for years without any issues. No explanation or evidence has been provided to justify their decision.

This is not just poor customer service — it is outright unacceptable behavior that raises serious concerns about how this platform treats its users and their funds.

I strongly urge others to think twice before using this site.

BIG MISTAKE PLEASE AVOID

Never paid out my winnings, made the games easy but when you choose not to accept a bonus that involves wagering you simply can’t win anything, they literally block you from winning anything. I believe they have licence issues and that’s why they’re not LEGIT and can probably get away with scamming people.

Please avoid like COVID or MAD COW DISEASE .

Nothing but SCAMMERS

100% scam casino please do not deposit

100% scam casino please do not deposit. They do not pay withdrawals or refunds. I have found out who they have their licence with and emailed them and copied in Tenobet. Absolute shame on the game providers such as Pragmatic etc. Shame on Visa Mastercard Applepay Payop etc. for letting a criminal scam site operate!!

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, I deposited hundreds and won thousands. Tried to withdraw, it's been pending for over 8 weeks. Sent 7 emails not one reply. Did my research and it's a pure scam website.

Avoid at all costs I’d seen a couple of bad reviews but to make it clear I followed all procedures and verifications rules, I won over £18k and all of a sudden my account was closed and no explanation no pay out and they won’t even answer emails, I’m. Not a lot out of pocket as I won early but this needs avoided at all costs you will never get paid out ever
