Serena was really helpful with my issue. At first my VPN wasn’t loading properly after I installed it, and I wasn’t sure what went wrong. She followed up the next day and suggested changing the DNS settings, and after that it started working again.
She was polite, patient, and kept me updated, which I appreciated. Overall, a good support experience.
I wish I search the company before purchasing. Their data restore tool said if it's not working, you can just refund. I have a very large media file deleted on my SSD, and AI said it's unlikely to restore because it's "TRIM"ed, but their scan result shows it there and give me hope and they can do it. So I paid because I want to give it a chance, and of course their "restore data" is just corrupted trash. And that's where the nightmare begins, the custom service just wasting time to ask me to provide more data, while I stated it clearly that I just want the refund because the tool simply not working for me. What's worse, they threaten no refund at all because I refuse to run their suspacious exe in admin mode to collect my privacy data and send to them. What the hell, I'm the customer, not your employee, it's not my concern that your sh*t is not working. Then I realized that their system is setup this way, scam your money when you're desperate, then using long time wasting "custom service" to prevent you claiming your rights. I'm glad I'm living a country having the custom protection laws, it's much faster and eaier to get my money back through the disputes tribunal.

Tenorshare is using a highly deceptive and unethical method to drain money from Korean consumers. They claim they "notified" users about auto-renewals via email, but this is a calculated trap.
1. The "Email Notification" Scam:
Relying solely on a single email to notify users of a significant recurring charge (approx. 100,000 KRW for 2 months) is a deliberate act of consumer deception. In the modern digital era, critical financial transactions MUST be confirmed via transparent push notifications or explicit direct consent. Sending a silent email—knowing it will likely be filtered as spam or lost among their own promotional noise—is a "Dark Pattern" designed to ensure the user DOES NOT see it.
2. Intentional Lack of Transparency:
There was no push alert, no SMS, and no clear confirmation screen. They rely on the "silence" of an email inbox to sneakily process unauthorized charges. This isn't "notifying" the customer; it's "hiding" the charge until the money is already gone.
3. Malicious Subscription Obstacles:
Even after discovering the unauthorized charges, canceling is a nightmare. There is no simple "One-Click Cancel." They force users to submit manual tickets and go through a complex, time-consuming process just to stop being robbed.
4. Total Failure of Service:
I paid for a recovery service that DID NOT WORK. I have lost my precious data and now I am losing my money to these scammers.
I have already reported this "Email-Only Notification" trap to the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA). Using an email as a shield to justify unauthorized auto-renewals is a violation of fair trade practices.
I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. To all potential users: Tenorshare will hide behind their "we sent an email" excuse to steal your money. STAY AWAY!

the software does not undelete anything on an unrooted android. Not only that, but they used my credit card details to subsequently pay for another software that I did not order, setting up a monthly payment for themselves. Untrustworthy and Scammy.

I greatly enjoy the software. Customer support treated me excellent offered support very quickly which I enjoyed very much when I bought a new laptop and was looked after very much to be able to continue using the software and repair my cell phone quickly.

What a rogue company this is. The software doesn't work (4ddig) so don't buy it. Tried to get a refund within 14 days as it doesn't work - they are refusing to issue one & then on top if you buy you get a free 1 month trial of another product which they then charge you credit card with even though you have not agreed to take it - down right rogues with trading standards of a alley cat - I've taken it up with my credit card coy

Scam software after paying 14 usd at first now I was dissatisfied with their service. I never saw anything like cancel auto renewal when buying which they claim is always there
Anyways I received mail from them about billing on a particular date which I already dropped their shit software and to cancel subscriptions? They make it literally impossible to unless you contact their ghost admin . Scam software don’t ever buy their product I repeat! Once you put your bank details congrats you get unnecessary monthly and weekly billings fraudulent bastards

The customer service is uselss and unhelpful. they did gave me the other software, but its not working. THE SOULUTION IS SHIT. THIS COMAPANY IS A SCAM DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT. THEY REFUSE TO HELP AFTER U SWITCH TO THEIR OTHER PRODUCT. ianygo and pogoskill.

If you want to cancel your subscription, then you cant do it online, you have to message them and it takes forever to get an answer. Meanwhile they charge you and guess what, we don't do refunds, even if you reached out to cancel!!!
FORGET ABOUT THE SOFTWARE THAT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY AND IS BUGGY.
