I recently had the privilege of photographing a wedding, capturing all the special moments. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted a crucial part of the event—specifically, the moment when the couple cut their wedding cake, which was incredibly important to them. This situation caused me a lot of stress. However, thanks to this data recovery company, I was able to restore the lost footage perfectly, and everything turned out wonderfully in the end. Don’t buy they are scammers bought whatsapp recovery tool for android doesn’t work after I requested a refund they are telling me i should wait since their engineer’s are working on new upgrade that will work with watsapp… shame

This was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.

I received unrecognized charges associated with tenorshare.com (Tenorshare / 4DDiG): JPY 6,580 on Dec 7, 2025 and JPY 6,580 on Jan 7, 2026 I never authorized these transactions. I do not recognize the product/order details, and I did not receive order confirmation emails.

When I contacted support, the responses felt like negotiation rather than resolution: I was repeatedly offered partial refunds (30% < 50%<30%<70%) and “lifetime licenses” instead of a straightforward refund. The proposed refund percentage changed over time and the case was handled by multiple agents, which made the process confusing and exhausting.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. If you still choose to buy, please double-check auto-renewal terms, cancellation steps, and whether notification emails are actually delivered, and monitor your card statements closely.

DO NOT USE - They lock you in allow to cancel subscriptions!!

First of all: They did not adhere to their own 30 days money back guarantee although the service did not work as advertised. They just keep sending e-mails playing stupid. In the first e-mail I told them to cancel my subscriptions. After 4 e-mails they still didn't do it! They just ask what is wrong and want to know why. I feel locked and trapped! This is the worst experience I had. Avoid at all costs, this is a trap. There is no option to cancel the subscription after you subscribed. They won't let you. I warned you.

I followed each guided step, and the simple process worked to fix my phone issues.

I was looking for a software which allows me to change location without any problems and Tenorshare gives me that solution. Really satisfied with the software they provide love it.

Paid £30 for Key removal, didn't work and tried another device and it doesn't work either. Waste of money

I've been using this program for multiple years, with multiple devices, and accounts, and I haven't had any issues. I also have a PoGo++ in real life, and I'm able to pair it with my device, while using this product. It makes gameplay, especially on rainy days, super convienent.

These guys offered this product free, when I bought a different product (which was useless as well) and charged me for a renewal more than US$32 for a product that I didn't even buy.

Below is part of their reply

"We noticed that this renewal order was generated because you participated in and received our zero-dollar purchase event before. Our event allows customers to use our products for free for 7 days. But after 7 days, it will automatically renew and generate a renewal order.

We are so sorry that it cannot be refunded, but considering your situation, we can provide you with a better solution: provide you with a new lifetime license."

Who wants a lifetime license for a useless product. Looks to me a company is desperate for money.

I recently ordered a package from them to try to get into my MIL iPad. It took me about 15 min to realize I didn’t know what I was doing so I sped for a refund because they have a 30 day money back guarantee on their site and they do not have any small print saying we only give 30 days money back guarantee if you do these things. I reached out to them asking for a refund and they were not professional. They told me they would not refund my money but that I could choose another package. I told them I didn’t want another package just refund my money. They told me that they could give me 10% back. Do NOT buy this product.

False advertising.

Product description for Tenorshare 4uKey states: "Apple ID Unlock: Remove Apple ID without a password, sign out with no data loss."

This statement is false advertising, as it implies that data can be removed from the device without loss, which is not true.

Company is based in China. No refunds.

I made an accidental purchase of £26.65 and requested for a refund but they started giving me excuses and offering me another product after i made the purchase of £17.58 which didn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend tennorshare as they lied about a 30day money back guarantee and used shady business practices to make me buy a £26.65 which i never used throughout the accidental purchase.
