They don't do what they said they would do. The way they structured everything is just for their benefit, and it's totally a waste of time and money. I'm saying it from experience, avoid them so you don't lose your money. I've never encountered any problem with PAIVA. Their services are amazing, with attractive payouts without any issues.

The platform is not working anymore... I lost 300 $

Beware of this company. I have just been scammed. I started with a small investment of 25,000 Euros on the 21st of April to which they claimed to have added an equivalent amount to enhance my trading and after a while I was asked to increase the amount with a promise to match whatever I put in and double the amount. I agreed. I continued to invest and eventually got to about £37,200 invested on the platform.
I noticed that it stopped trading at this point and I requested to withdraw the money and close the account on the 30th of May. The so called customer service responded that the payment was being processed since I had met all the KYC requirements.
This deceit continued from week to week and at about the middle of June the account was closed and I could no longer log into the account.
Every email that I sent has since been ignored.
Please be warned, they are SCAMMERS.
Don't waste your money
I was at the brink of losing both total invested amount [£37,200] and the fees I paid, but I sought legal advise and counsel from Chasunah Ltd, submitted the form on their website and got someone assigned to my case. Official contact was made to Tensorium on the 30th of May, and 25th of June all amount was received.

Just disappeared! My money gone, don’t use this site to invest.

Why I cannot Access your site now? both apps and the website its said the site is cannot reach, in the apps ot said you cannot connect to the site? what happen? is tjis really a Scam? just like the other said...

Just when you think you've found an investment opportunity that has all the necessary indicators of a sound company, including great investor reviews, direct links to the relevant regulatory site and downloadable company documents and then 3 days after investing, the "Server Not Found" flag goes up and poof, they have vanished! I'm hoping that this is a temporary glitch, but only time will tell.

Investing here is a waste of time; their promises are hollow. Don't ever trust their claims – they'll disappoint you. PAIVA, on the other hand, is the best alternative all through. Providing exceptional service and attractive returns.

The site is a scam. They said they were attacked and they turned everything off. But everything works, they just blocked the withdrawal of money! Their partner site is also a scam (Conagebits.ltd)

Ponzi Scheme. Everyone who invested lost their money.

Avoid this firm at all costs! They have done more harm than good. They pretend to be a genuine investment platform, but they are not. I have found it difficult to withdraw my money from them. I will not recommend such a service to anyone! You can use Anchor Investors. They are highly efficient with no delays and deliver prompt payouts and a seamless experience.

If you checked my earlier review about this site, you Will notice I said their CEO looked like AI generated. fast forward to now you see that I was right. The so called CEO is an AI body programmed for that purpose.
I also asked then if anyone living in Australia could visit their physical office address on the website, nobody responded or followed it up. Now everybody is crying because they have disappeared with people's money.
Please always try to do your research property before putting your money on any online platform.

It seems this company has disappeared from the face of the earth.

I am experiencing the same issues. I have invested $30K and the last 2 withdrawals are pending for days for my as well. I have tried contacting support several times on all support channels, and nobody is responding. They shut down all support channels. This is definitely a scam. Report to all regulatory agencies, and law enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction ASAP. Post reviews on other platforms, such as reddit, google, etc. and youtube videos if possible exposing them. Most importantly, submit a compliant to ASIC.

DO NOT put any money in Tensorium.ai! It is a total SCAM and they will steal your money. Like every ponzi scheme before it, they take your money, pay you back just a little bit to make you think they are legit, and then completely disappear. All of the current investors are unable to withdraw any funds and Tensorium has stopped responding to anyone reaching out to ask about their pending withdrawals. The individuals behind this operation will be found and dealt with.

My withdrawals are pending from last two days and now I cant log into their website

Recently the system is stopped and withdrawals are not processed and stopped since 21 June.
Fake profiles of support are created and diverting the investors to other websites and demanding fee to release the deposits.....

COMPLETE SCAM! I have 6 withdraw requests in since last Monday with no monies now being paid out! $110k invested (joke on them being most of that is their money re-cycled).

Scroll to bottom; click on Latest Payments - NOTHING has been paid out since 6/21 by their own admission on their website!

Lots of BS from their Support chat on Telegram; then days ago, nothing else has being posted and all users blocked from submitting complaints.
