I purchased and tried two Bauerfeind…

I purchased and tried two Bauerfeind ankle braces (AirLoc and CaligaLoc) from TENS Pros.

Before returning the first brace, I specifically asked about return deductions and was told that nothing would be deducted from my refund. However, when the refund was processed, $9 was deducted.

For the second brace, I was told that 20% would be deducted for the return. The brace cost $219.99, but my refund was $52.98 less than the purchase price, which exceeded the stated 20% deduction.

In both cases:
   •   I paid for return shipping myself
   •   TENS Pros also deducted their original shipping and handling costs from my refunds
   •   These additional deductions were not clearly disclosed upfront
   •   The full return rules are only visible in fine print after purchase, when you are already trying to return the item

My concern is not the quality of the Bauerfeind braces, but the lack of transparency around return policies. The actual deductions did not match what I was told, and the total costs were significantly higher than expected.

Customers should be clearly informed before purchase that:
   •   Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
   •   Original shipping and handling may also be deducted
   •   Quoted return deductions may not reflect the final refund amount

I am sharing this so others can make a fully informed decision before ordering.

Excellent Business, Excellent Devices

I placed an order as a guest, thinking that I had created an account. When I could not log in, I was upset. I contacted TensPro via phone and email. I was contacted by the vice president within 5 minutes on both phone and email. He explained the situation, asked me to create an account and he linked my order with the new account. He also told me that my order had shipped and gave me the tracking number. He could not have been more helpful or courteous. I was very impressed.
Now that I have used the items that I ordered: Tens unit and hand held ultra sound unit, I am even more impressed. Both of these devices have helped me with extreme pain from an accident that resulted in my tibia being crushed. It has been close to 2 months since I received the items and they are helping me daily to alleviate pain and help with my recovery. I am very happy with TensPro and the devices that I bought.

The delivery service (USPS) delivered…

The delivery service (USPS) delivered to wrong address. Called Tens pros and it appears that the problem is now mine. They did say they would follow up on it on their end and contact me soon. They said my product had a $100 insurance. Have yet to hear from them in over a week. Will never do business with them again.

Not the best shopping experience.

Their customer service and sales are just awkward and weird. The purchasing was difficult and took forever because they didn't understand the difference between shipping and billing addresses (put in correctly to their own site). Then the unit arrived with a broken case, and they wouldn't replace it, but just offered something else to make up for it. I don't know if they even attempted to order one from the manufacturer. I won't be going back to them.

Ordered an ultrasound machine

Ordered an ultrasound machine, it's defective. It continues to "zap" very painfully and the heat randomly goes on even when on off. The head is all metal so between the heat and zapping it's unsafe. Incurred several burns, etc.

We informed Tenspro of this and no response or assistance.

BEWARE: ANY and all ultrasound machines according to their return policy can not be returned and they will not accept a return.

Exceptions to the policy is defective machines. Well when they won't respond to a defective machine notice, you can't return or exchange it. Absolute waste of money and a few added injuries.

Wasted my time; don’t recommend

I placed an order on January 2 and they promptly shipped me the wrong item, not even remotely close to what I ordered. Then, they were slow to respond about the error and stated they were too understaffed to process customer inquiries. They took 14 days from being notified of the error to send me a return label for the issue, and the return label is for UPS without a home pickup option, which means I now need to drive to the UPS store to return the item. If you are a chronically ill or disabled person who does not have an excess of time and energy on your hands to mess around, don’t order here. I ultimately ordered from Tensnet.com which was actually cheaper and shipped the right item promptly.

Cheap products that severely burn skin, horrible company

I am being gracious even giving this rip off cheap supply 1 star. I have been using a Tens unit and electrodes for 20 plus years, never had ANY problems with the units or electrodes. It started when this horrible company took over what was LG when it was them the products were great l still have a Tens unit that is at least 4 years old l got when it was LG and it's still going strong. A soon as it became Tens Pro the m quality in the products became crap. The first batch of electrodes SEVERELY BURNED MY skin l mean horrible. It took weeks to heal and l was lucky l was not scared. I sent pictures as proof and of course as is the corporate bs way they claimed it was 'my skin reacting badly' and l demanded a refund because I did not use any more and l had ordered a lot. So l did consider maybe something in it just was not right and l gave them another chance BIG MISTAKE but my Tens unit is vital for helping my fibromyalgia pain so l can tell the difference when l don't use it so l tried a different color of electrodes didn't order as many it was ok. But the order this month two large bundles ONCE AGAIN SEVERELY BURNED MY SKIN A SECOND TIME! So l know that they are making cheap products for sure now way less quality and selling the crap at regular price. Again NEVER had any problems all these years until now their products are the problem and once again they want to claim its 'my skin' because we sell thousands, and we are experts Yada Yada wanting me to do a bunch of ridiculous mess like pages worth of were do l use them, what's the cereal numbers, what kind of electrodes, l mean absolutely ridiculous l sent pictures again like this is all you need jerks. They are selling harmful, dangerous products and l know what they are doing they just want to slither their way out of taking responsibility for their negligence and cheap products. I once again demanded a refund because now l have 2 big bundles of electrodes l can not use. I live on disability and I can't be throwing away money especially for something that is vital to helping me with my pain. I wish l could sue them because again they don't want to give me a refund and again these severe ugly burns will take weeks to heal. Even if you have not had a problem yet DO NOT TRUST THIS SUPPLIER because you will end up in a situation like mine sooner or later their products are cheap, dangerous and extremely poor quality. It is really sick and disgusting l am never getting anything from them again. I wish l could attach the photos of my burns

instructable site have also used it, i bought it and it's legitimate

Hello everyone, ok after deciding that i need to stimulate my Vagus nerve, i found that it's a pretty new technology, so after reading this: instructables/DIY-Transcutaneous-Vagus-Nerve-Stimulator/ i was motivated to buy as instructables.com website is legitimate and trustworthy, so i bought it. The customs here in Jordan seized it and i had to wait one month to release my Microcurrent Tens Unit package, so i did and followed the instructions for tVNS and guess what! The Unit with the ear clips together just made what i was trying to 15 years ago. I recommend reading about your problem first and consult a therapist so you can explore such an advanced device. Good luck everyone.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order was not received from USPS, even though tracking shows as delivered. I have a Ring camera and no package was delivered on the day/time that it was marked as delivered. Tenspros will not refund or replace lost package. Had to file dispute with credit card company. Customer service is rude and unprofessional, and basically will put the responsibility on you if your package gets lost. I will also be filing a BBB complaint. This is a terrible company - BUYER BEWARE!

They don't ask for Customer Reviews because they know they will all be bad!

They don't ask for Customer Reviews because they will get the truth. They lied to me about the product I ordered. If I'm not satisfied I can return the item w/in 30 days. I pay shipping and now they tell me because we "tried" their HORRIBLE product, I have to pay a restocking fee. CAN YOU SPELL RIP OFF? Had I ordered on the fly, I could understand it. But I called them like 2-3 times before I ordered and asked a lot of questions. NO ONCE did they tell me the truth! Don't shop here.
