We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.

Love the simplicity of set up and pack up, the freedom of spontaneous trips away whether it’s one night or a long road trip. The awning also provides extra shelter for a friend in partial wing mode. I’ve had a really good overall…
I’ve had a really good overall experience with Tentbox as a whole company, with my experience mainly being led by Jon.
I had a few concerns that were rectified above my expectations with Jon staying in contact the whole way through. It’s taken a while, as expected with communication back and forth but I am really impressed with the customer support and am looking forward to more Tentbox adventures. Very slow to answer
Very slow to answer. Took about 2 months of chasing to get product which caused issues with my insurance. And used excuses after excuses. I had to instigate the comms as sold and no further comms for 1 month. Can accept they have issues but need to communicate better with customers.
Not very professional
I recieved a call from twnt box and was offered a solution and full refund of item that was causing issues. I also recieved a additional sweetener that was great fully accepted.

I can’t fault the tent box that I have…
I can’t fault the tent box that I have purchased! I would highly recommend the Tentbox lite 2.0 fast delivery too!
If you buy accessories on the other hand returning them is a nightmare! I bought a power station and unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for what I needed. I paid £22 to get it posted back via Royal Mail (special recorded delivery) and nearly 1 week later the refund still hasn’t been processed. I’ve rang on numerous occasions and still unfortunately no further forward.
The issue has however, now been rectified and an apology received! The overall support provided by Tentbox has been excellent and on this occasion seemed to be a miss understanding. This has not put me off buying further accessories in the future and will be returning for accessories!
