I had extremely high expectations for **TenX Reserved Jets** based on their polished branding and promises of “elite aviation” and “unmatched professionalism,” but my experience was deeply disappointing.
The company emphasizes transparency and reliability, yet communication was inconsistent and vague from the beginning. Simple questions about aircraft availability, pricing structure, and commission details were met with delayed responses and unclear answers. For a firm claiming to “bridge the gap between buyers and operators globally,” the process felt disorganized and far from seamless.
The so-called personalized service felt generic and transactional. There was little evidence of the “tailored support” they advertise. Instead of proactive guidance, I often had to follow up repeatedly just to receive updates. When dealing with high-value aviation transactions, attention to detail and responsiveness are non-negotiable — and unfortunately, TenX fell short in both areas.
What was most concerning was the lack of concrete documentation early in discussions. For a brokerage operating under “ethical, commission-based agreements,” I expected far greater clarity and structure. The experience did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect in private aviation.
Overall, the marketing promises excellence, but the execution did not align with those claims. I would strongly advise potential clients to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with this company.
