I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Looks just as I imagined it. Looks great in my kitchen dinner.

Took a long while to arrive , but worth the wait.
Easily fits in the washing machine, comes out nearly dry. Finishes perfectly in the tumble dryer.

Good quality rug and underlay.
I needed a rug that was a slightly odd size compared to others I’d seen. This was more expensive, but I like the fact it’s washable as I have a dog and after searching everywhere I kept coming back to this one. Initially ordered one that was too small, return was hassle free and free.
Delivery took a long time - 6 weeks, (this is mainly due to it being handmade and in Germany), but as rug had gone down in the sale by the time I received it, I emailed asking for a price match and they refunded me some money.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the communication took a while when waiting for delivery. Went about 4/5 weeks after ordering before I heard anything and when spending a lot of money needed a bit of reassurance it was being made and an expected time frame.

I just received my beautiful hallway rug. My purchase was well waiting for as these lovely rugs are made to order. The selection of patterns and colours is wonderful - soft and easy to the eye and fit into any home decor. The order process was straightforward and the final product was beautifully packaged. These rugs are pleasing to look at, versatile, environmentally friendly and easy to care for.

Easy returns and no quibble for refunds
Will look forward to shopping with you again ,and hopefully find what I'm looking for

I had spent ages searching for a rug online for my living room and then I found Teppana.

It's difficult to choose rugs online and Teppana offered reassurance that returns were free if you were not satisfied.

The format of their rugs works well with the backing pad being separate to the main material, allowing for easy washing and drying.

Overall the experience was excellent, with the items being made to order and purchasing during a sale period the wait for delivery was difficult (because I am impatient!) but not unreasonable.

Ordering online was very straightforward and the rug received was absolutely perfect for my living room. Lovely muted colours and lay perfectly flat once placed on the standard pad.
There was some confusion with delivery initially but this was due to the delivery service not Teppana and was quickly sorted out.
I will definitely order from Teppana again!

Great designs, seem tough but thin enough to go in the washing machine.

I ordered and received this rug a while ago with trepidation because of being able to wash them easily and what the quality would be like. I have washed it twice with ease, comes up like new every time. I want to get another one now for my conservatory.

Although I love the idea of washable rugs (I have 3) there could be improvement. The topper wrinkles occasionally, which can be quickly resolved. The base is approx. 1 inch smaller, so the topper falls over it. Maybe this is to stop visibility of the base? Large rugs are tricky to lay (a bit like putting a screen protector on), a few attempts might be needed! The first two rugs arrived very quickly. The third took well over a month due to yarn being out of stock at the factory. I was informed of the delay but this could have been more swiftly dealt with. I have washed one of the rugs due to a doggy incident! It washed well, I hung it to dry. I have also spot cleaned with a cool damp cloth successfully. I like the idea of being able to buy new toppers without the base. They offer lots of size options. I’d recommend buying a small option for the hallway etc. so you can test it out before committing to a higher value rug.

Ordering and delivery is straightforward. The rugs have a reasonably good range of colours and design styles. And it’s great to be able to wash them. Staining from dogs running about and kitchen accidents so far comes out really well.

Thanks for a great rug. From such a huge selection I now have the perfect one in my hallway. The order took a little longer to arrive, but communication was reliable and prompt. The rug washes and dries well, looks amazing and the padded feel as you walk in the door is very pleasant.

was told delivery would be 7-10 days… it took 5 weeks and the communication was poor

They kept me informed as to when to expect the rug to arrive. It’s easy to keep clean and is very practical it also doesn’t slip or curl . we have a dog and live off a muddy lane so ordinary rugs were hard to keep clean. However the colours weren’t as vibrant as in the photo so that was disappointing .

The wait was very long and I really didn't like the material of the rug. I sent it back and am still waiting for my refund. But you've been very friendly.

I have only given a four star because UPS let you down badly and really messed me about, so it is no reflection on you.
I am delighted with the rugs the colours are bright and cheerful, the quality is fine ,they brighten up the hall.
I will certainly buy from you again.

I really love this rug. I haven't tried washing it yet as I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it's vital to know that I can. It's so perfect for the space: it looks as if it's always been there. It has stayed flat and in the exact spot. I also really liked that I was able to phone and talk to a real person when I was unsure about ordering.
