No customer service at all. I received a dress with flaws and the reseller sends me to Terani while Terani sends me to the reseller and in the end both just stopped replying not offering me any solutions for my wedding dress. They also allow European “designers” to use their dresses with their own label and triple the price.
I bought a Terani Couture from a dress store for my daughter’s prom. The dress was missing additional beading. The store did compensate for the mild damage to the dress. I called the company to attempt to buy or purchase additional beading. I quote, “We are just the designers. The dresses are pre-made in China. If you needed beads you should have thought about that before purchasing the dress. We don’t have anything to do with the dresses.” Despite being very rudely spoken to with no gratitude for choosing one of their dresses, they made it very clear they do not back and or guarantee the quality of their dresses. I would recommend purchasing from a company that is minimally appreciative of the consumer.
