NOT a no-hassle return experience
Terren Designs has a great value proposition (practical outdoor wear that looks like urban wear), and they heavily advertise "No Hassle Returns." Well, they may be easy, but the company both charges for shipping and charges a restocking fee if you want any money return on your original form of payment. In addition, the pants I ordered in two sizes have a pretty weird fit and don't correspond to the sizing of any pants I get elsewhere. So, if you're up for paying $10 for shipping and $5 for restocking fees, maybe you'll find a pair that fits after a few returns but I decided to cut my losses. Too bad, they're onto something, the ads are good, and they seem like nice people running a small company. They're just not industry standard on returns and they're not easy.
