They supposedly shipped a product I bought and it never arrived, customers reclaimed it and now they want me to pay for the shipping as they are at a loss, are they having a laugh. Do not use this company as you will not receive the product or your money

Fraud. Product lost in shipping. They created fake shipping / tracking and wouldn't refund my money even though I used Paypal. Paypal accepted their fake shipping and were no help so don't assume that if you use Paypal that you will be protected because you won't be. Don't order from this company!!!!!

This so called company is a fraud!
If you get your order it usually I'd a bate and switch items or look alike items. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
They have NO customer service either

Terrible!! If I could give zero stars that would be too much. I purchased the lip oil on July 19. I received my hot pink lip oil 8/6. I notified customer support about my dissatisfaction regarding the coloring changing lip oil that was delivered to me hot pink. The customer support continues to give me the run around about standing behind their product

I ordered lip oil and the payment went to this company. I didn't get the lip oil I thought I was ordering. They are using other companies ads to try and sell knock off produchts. I am very very upset that this crap is allowed. Yes, I was had. I'm sure that is what everyone will say. Just make sure you are ordering from the real company of the product. In other words, read the fine print.

DO NOT BUY! Buyer beware. Bras cheaply made. I used their size chart and ordered one size larger. Still nowhere near fitting. I asked to return unused products (as per their return policy). They would not give me a return address and offered me a total of 9USD (quarter of what I paid). PayPal would not follow with my complaint. Lesson learnt-return policies mean diddly squat!!

I was sent the wrong bras, ordered a 38c and got a 4xl. Now they are arguing with me about my purchase. Don't waste your time. This company is crap!

This company is fraudulent! I ordered in June 2024. It took 7 weeks to get the VERY CHEAPLY made bras that wouldn't fit a baby!! I ordered a 4xl and the size is closer to an extra small! Customer service offered me a $2
refund on a $32 order!!! Scam, rip off, fraud - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

I placed my order on. July 6th,I.still haven't received my order. When I checked the tracking it shows it has been shipped. But it keep saying my package is in Los Angeles, CA. I believe this company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!°

Don't buy from this company! The bras that I bought are worthless and cheap. Then when I reached out to them they kept trying to get me to take a low partial refund, like a fraction of the cost! Do not buy from them!

I ordered some bras from this company and they was suppose to be xl and got them and they are more like x small and very cheaply made I could of bought better quality from dollar tree for way less. I sent them a correspondence and they refused to let me return and only offered 8 dollars refund of 32 I told them I wanted a full refund and they said they product is high quality and sorry I was dissatisfied. If it was what I expected I wouldn’t be dissatisfied but it doesn’t fit and I will never use. This company is fraudulent and would not recommend them to anyone.

I did and I got everything but a return address, including how I will need very $$$$$ freight to ship back. REALLY!!! what they sent was not as advertised.
This day & age, I should have known better. They got 1 star cause there was no zero.

If I could give it zero starts, I would have. This company appears to be a scam. I did receive the bras that I ordered, took forever. They are WAY, way to small. I've sent several emails to their customer support dept. and get the same 'canned' response saying someone will contact you promptly. Haven't heard back from them. Buyer Beware!! I'll never order anything from them again and will ask my friends not to also.

Awful awful awful - scammed again. Their refund policy on their website is rubbish, they will NOT refund you or accept any returns. The item (bra) was unusable - ordered a 34DD and it was more for a child. They didn't care. I had to claim through Paypal which is a long and laborious process. And then they post fake reviews to try and distract you from genuine ones - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Save yourself the headache! Do not buy from them! Purchased a swim romper, and immediately realized that it didn’t have underwire support after purchasing- so I tried to cancel within minutes and they assured me if I did not like it, they would return it. They refused to do so simply told me to give it away and deal with it. Crappy customer service and the item was BEYOND CHEAP!!! Poor quality and poor customer service! Stay away!

I am giving them a 1 because I can’t give them anything less. What a joke. I went by the sizing chart they provided and I would have to be an A cup fit the bra to fit. It was ridiculously small and cheaply made. Lesson learned, IF IT COMES FROM CHINA DON’T BUY IT. I am now trying to get my money back.

Would give them zero stars!! I ordered XL bras according to their sizing chart and when package finally came in the bras were very small!! Also, they charged me double what the price was on the ad! Never again!! Beware! Scam company from China!!

If I could give a rating less than one, I would. Tried to cancel ahead of time, but was told order was being processed. Ordered a 5XL, received a 3C. Contacted company. Said click on customer service system which doesn't let me connect. Couldn't find a phone number. Last email address is no longer in existence. This company takes your money and then disappears. DON'T BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!!
