Worst company ever, went with them for an unbelievable deal. Guess that's why they are on sale because it's a scam. Paid for priority shipping on the 6th and the post office still hasn't received my order. It's now the 10th and tomorrow is Saturday. I have demanded my money back multiple times and no reply.

Team Terpy is fantastic! I contacted them via email due to my order and they responded within 24 hours. Not only did they get my order out in time but they also were extremely courteous and professional. You don’t see customer service like this anymore! Right now, I cannot give a review on the actual product since it was a gift but I wanted to give an honest review of their business ethics and morals. They own their promises to their customers and make sure they stand behind each order they fulfill. Great service!!

Terpy is where I started getting my Robin Hood and SQ1 seeds but now i go there just for the deals! I found that if you search multiple sites you find different prices for the same beans. I always check Terpy first since they have some blowout prices. I also preordered my Fresh Coast WTC from Terpy and the drop is coming again soon!! BTW - The freebies and stickers are an awesome addition!!

So Terpy Seeds already has some incredible prices that u can see for yourself on there site but I happened to have a pack missing from my order and Terpy got back with me and not only replaced my pack but sent me three extra packs and some extra ThugPug merch! And I’m not talking ur typical seed bank freebies I got 2 whole ThugPug packs and a Fresh Coast pack absolutely free! I've ordered and received 3-4 orders without problems with packaging or viability. Maybe I'm lucky or other folks are looking for reasons to explain why their methods didn't work. If they were scamming as much as folks say, this many reputable breeders wouldn't send them their gear. They would be out of business.

Great customer service! I ordered a pack of seeds from in-house on a presale wrong pack was shipped . Instantly hit up Chris and he told me to keep the pack I got and sent a new one with a bunch of freebies! Definitely using this Seedbank from now on! Fast shipping and great customer service.

Bought 2 packs of Purple Marmalade from solfire via terpy. Package was undisturbed. Opened the package and 1 pack of the Marmalade had a tampered seal that was disturbed/messed with.
Solfire is replacing the tampered pack and they're gonna deal with terpy over it.
Seems like alot of people in the community have similar situations.
