Avoid ordering from this company.
Biggest mistake.
Blames delays on their terms and conditions but their terms and conditions don't even make reference to their 'international warehouse'.
When challenged on it they ignored me.
I could have ordered the item myself from China! The website misleads you into believing they have UK stock.
However emails are only responded to in the middle of the night (UK time) so its clearly ran from abroad anyway.
1 month in and no shirt.
Not holding my breath that it'll ever arrive.

Abysmal...shambolic company, AVOID
Ordered a shirt for my grandsons' birthday. Hasn't appeared yet and I placed the order almost 1 month ago. All enquiries to customer services remind me that in busy times their T's & C's allow them 28 days to ship the items. OK, not unreasonable, but we are past 28 days, nothing has appeared and no communications about the order despite repeated requests. Not prepared to offer a refund because the item will be personalised (again not unreasonable had it been manufactured, but it doesn't appear to have been). Absolutely abysmal service. Bought my 31 year old son a t shirt chest size 40-42 and when it came it was more for a child - I paid £35 and his name on the back I emailed them and they said it’s correct and will not refund me - a complete con do not buy from them

Misleading website for some people
Misleading website for some people. My nan thought she brought a genuine football team shirt. I then asked for a refund but they wouldn't allow because it was a number on back. Well it hadn't been dispatched and still has not turned up. It's been 10 weeks!
