Placed an order in May 2025 for some lipglosses and Ophiuchus Palette and it's Feb 2026 and I haven't received the products and no refund was offered. Very disappointed with the experience.

the makeup is beautiful, the shipping was fast i don't know what else to say other than i love the makeup and the shopping experience was great.
the void lip gloss i got is so opaque and stunning and the eyeshadow i got (one of the dual-chrome greens) is so SHINY and beautiful. a little goes a long way.
if something catches your eye, you will not be disappointed <3

I am blown away by the quality and colour payoff of the eyeshadows. The package and products arrived in perfect condition and the value for money is incredible. HIGHLY recommend!

I adore this company! My very first order with them it arrived with an item missing. All the feedback I had seen was of people saying they didnt know how the customer service because they had never had an issue with an order from Terra Moon and I was a bit worried. So here is the scoop on the customer service, its fantastic! Took a few days to hear back, there was no push back and a replacement was immediately shipped out! The email response was great and was personable unlike the larger companies with canned responses. Doing email support myself, this interaction was everything and more than I could of hoped for. I think I'm up to 5 orders now and they have all been perfect since. They are always packed with care in tidy bubble wrapped bundles. I know it seems silly but the customer service can really make or break a brand for me. Oh and of course the products are stunning! Dont just get the shimmers, the mattes are truly unique. I wish I had figured that out sooner!
