We went on the Providence trip to see Wicked. The guide and the bus driver were great. The show was awesome and the Italian buffet was great. We had a wonderful experience. When we got back to our hotel after the show, the hotel advised us that the water had been shut off until 3:00 am. It was not Terrapins fault, they knew nothing about it. It was a little inconvenient but Terrapin gave everyone a $25.00 voucher towards your next tour. That was very nice. We will go on future Terrapin tours.

Excellent, prompt and detailed plan for our vow renewal in Italy. Every little travel detail with polished itinerary in email and a mobile app containing everything across flights, cars, trains and ferries. Communication is key - Bryan is great!

Bryan was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to quickly answer my numerous questions. He was also able to find us a good deal without a lot of advanced notice.
