You should have seen this Turkey Pimp on SHARKS....He was all blow but with ZERO Happy Endings! He was all but Laughed/Booed off the stage/carpet!
The 'Creator' spoke of thousands in 'Pre-Order' status folks who'd paid their deposits añd their belief many more thousands of willing 'Depositors' would be doing the same.... with never a single solid delivery date to be 'promised' that was ever delivered welllllll, a wise man (me) one said "A Promise unkept evolves into a Lie!"

Prepaid full amount in 2023. Never received anything from them. Terrible communication and no refund. I heard from Reddit users they had gone out of business. I never heard anything from them and no way of claiming anything back. A total scam.

This company breadcrumbs you with communication before ultimately blowing you off. My first clue that they weren’t legitimate was them claiming they’ll refund me via Venmo instead of my original payment method. Doesn’t matter either way …the refund never happened.

Unlike many people, I actually got a Terrashroom. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all as advertised. It's a fun idea but poorly executed and customer service is non-existent.

After an error in payment, they wouldn’t let me pay the additional 50$ for an additional unit and I have sent several emails requesting a refund for the second unit. Got a couple responses but after I sent account info where I’d want the refund sent they have not responded. Going on three weeks since the last response and still have not received a refund.

I preordered their grow chamber and paid $300 in full in 2023. It's now 2025 and I've never heard a word from them. If you check their websites they frequently update their estimated "first bulk ship' date as a few months away, with "the rest" of the orders being shipped by (6-8 months in the future). I was under the impression when I paid that my product would be shipped by the end of 2023. They still have not shipped a single product that I know of. Obvious SCAM.

awful company. They ship orders out hap hazardly, not in the order they were received. No communications on shipping or issues with the product. They delete everything on FB, took down discord because there was so many issues with the product and now they lock the subreddit down because people are angry. Now they are bashing the company for “scamming” customers for the exact same thing they are doing to their customers.

No communications, no support on product. Bad humidity sensor. awful workmanship. Unit is loud

Now they are bad mouthing their competition (shrooly) for the same issues they are exhibiting.

Since early December no updates. Nothing. A few say they’ve got their units. I suspect these a plants. I’ve been waiting 2 years +. When I requested a refund they make you jump through a ton of hoops. Stay away because this will never happen.

I received my unit about 5 days ago..It really is amazing and so beautiful as well. I am a total newbie so emailed customer support with a question and received an answer back within 2 hours! So glad I ordered this.

Absolutely incompetence at the highest level.

The fact that adults operating a startup fail to deliver the products offered timely or at all and utterly failing to provide any timely or effective communication or to own up to thru own utter incompetence is absurd.

Grow up. Get a clue. Do you job. Stop being muppets and failures in the 21st century.

AVOID BUYING FROM ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

completely unreasonable delivery delays... lip service customer service. So far only laundering money without any concrete product delivery timeframe. Application in App store still not operational while they "supposedly" already shipped some product to first customers... but absolutely no customer feedback and how would these customers pilot their Terrashroom unit without a functional application. their now are not just weeks or months behind, but years....I placed my order in 2022, and still no product shipping plan as of September 2024. Either a complete scam or a company so poorly run that they will go belly up very quickly. Very poor communication and nothing more than customer lip service so far.

Placed a deposit early 2023 with ship date for that summer. Ever since then it’s been either no updates or sporadic updates. They delete any comments on socials that asks too many questions without addressing them. They not only set expectations they can’t keep but they can’t even communicate what is going on. Now there are no refunds until you get the product, the product that they won’t ship. They recently posted a small pallet of shipments but even that feels like a lie. No one has posted their terrashroom that supposedly people received. Don’t pre order or send them any money until there is proof that this is real. Don’t end up like me and many others. I will come back and edit once I receive a shipment notification for my actual order.

I gave my money for a product and they can't give a true delivery date. Now they are posting pictures of a pallet full of boxes of alleged shipments going out, like that proves anything. This is a scam.

They stole our money and keep pushing the release day every couple of weeks and always have some stupid excuse. Their videos look AI generated

Starting to lose hope. Ordered mine February 2023, constant shipping delays and empty promises. The company has had little to no communication with the people who have been waiting 1+ years on them to deliver. Deleting Facebook comments that ask to many questions or act to negative. I'll change my post to 5 stars when we actually get real information about the product and when its sitting on my desk.

Yes, there have been delays in production but the founder and team have been extremely transparent about why they are happening. The product is not a pair of shoes, it is a complex growing chamber that is first of its kind.

Lack of updates, terrible customer service and constantly missing ship dates. Buyers beware!
