I placed an order a long time ago and found out that it's taking so long and cannot be tracked (website and all purchasing information says "fully tracked" shipping) because it's coming from China. Not made in the US, not distributed in the US... Complete waste of money.
Ugh this company is so full of crap. For starters they say they give a 90-day guarantee but if you read the fine print, if anything is ever on sale you cannot return it. Here's the kicker: it is always on sale, never full price, so you can never return anything.
Secondly, their cute little website very specifically says "made in the USA". It's weird that it's made in the USA and then ships from China, wouldn't you say? Find another company. This is not it.
