Great experience with Taso and Carmen
Great experience with Taso and Carmen on setting up two cleanroom spaces for our company: one hard wall and one soft wall with constantly changing requirements on our end. They were quick to respond to any questions we had on design, components, and pricing, and they were creative in offering solutions for difficult requirements that we threw at them. I definitely enjoy working with them and hope to continue in the future when we inevitably expand and create even more complications.

Lack of communication. I have to contact Terra to get updates. This order has missed the promised delivery several times. (ETA was 8/21) No one will give me the full details on what the problem is. I wish I could rate with a LESS than satisfied rating. This is not the service I expected. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - we submitted a PO in late-June 2025 for a pair of clean room tables. The original shipping projection was around mid-July but they kept delaying it - I still don't have the tables (it's mid-October) and now I have to either cancel the order or risk holding up our research. Beware if you're in the same holding pattern - they kept delaying the projected completion date, pushing it back 2-3 weeks, updating the online projection every couple days. I reached out numerous times via email - every time, they would respond that the construction team estimated 2-3 more weeks. I emailed them every 2-3 weeks to receive exactly the same answer - 2-3 more weeks... It's now been 4 months with no progress - no confirmation or update on order completion or shipping date. Absurd - stay away.

We also manufacture many custom products to order — including custom cleanroom furniture such as the tables in your purchase. For customers who need faster turnaround, we offer expedited manufacturing services with guaranteed ship dates to prioritize urgent projects.
We aim to clearly communicate estimated manufacturing leadtimes for quotations, so that customers can make well informed decisions. We have also taken steps to improve our automatic lead-time communication service and workflow to automatically communicate status updates and changes in ship dates after orders are placed.
In this case, it looks like the order required manufacturing, and unfortunately, the production timeline took longer than expected.
