Quick service, good product. Highly recommended!!

Ordered a XL, but had to return it as it was too small. Terre Brown sent me a xxl to replace it in less than 30 HOUR!! ( great job Terre Brown!) The xxl was a perfect fit ( 6'1'). Everyone is asking me where I bought it from... lol Can't find any in no brick and mortar stores under ₹10k with this quality and style. The material have a very good leather feel to it, very soft yet strong. Seams and zippers are of good quality for this price point. Would Highly recommend ordering a size larger than you normally would. Great Buy! Highly recommended.

Got cheated by the company

Thanks for getting back to me after 2 months! I would like to request for a full refund back to the card I paid from. I ordered it in India as I was visiting there and I ordered it 20 days in advance of my visit. Until now it says the same status ‘processing’. Unbelievable! Can’t do online shopping on online websites like terrebrown. Below is the order ID for your reference. It would be great if you can get the refund sorted as I am in no need of the bag after 2.5 months.

Got cheated by the company

Got cheated by the company. Placed an order (Order ID 100084386) and paid cash on delivery. product was returned but even after 15 days refund has not been received

The mobile number on the website is not working. Local representative does not answer calls. Emails are not answered.

We will definitely get the item replaced for you as we believe in customer satisfaction and standing onto our promises. Since we promise a 1-year warranty, we will definitely standby on it.

As I can see, your product has already been picked up from your address and we would be sending you a replacement once the product is received at our warehouse. I appreciate your patience and cooperation in this regard.
