The purchase process was quite challenging due to issues with the seller’s side. Despite this, the Terreta team was always professional, responsive, and committed to helping us move forward. We faced many difficulties in obtaining information and documents because of the seller’s agency, which was unfortunately very unprofessional.
Throughout the entire process, Clément and Antoine were exceptional. Their support, patience, and determination were key to getting the deal closed and effectively managing the complications caused by the seller. Without their involvement, I’m convinced the transaction—and my money—could have been at risk.
Thanks to their hard work, we are now the happy owners of a new apartment for our family. I’m truly grateful for everything they did.
