I found a leaf (or bay leaf) in my food and am getting the runaround. I was directed to send pictures to email addresses that bounced. As a result, I filed a complaint with my state licensing agency for food service and delivery companies.

Bay leaves are not digestible, sharp, and a choking hazard. If that is what it was.

Food was good. Auto order means I still get meals if I forget to select, but can pause anytime. Allowed me to cancel. Main complaint is that they have two deliveries a week, with 4 meals per delivery. With somewhat high prices, it can get expensive.

Absolute scam. Opt customers into meals without their permission instead of letting customers opt in themselves. Customer service isn't helpful at all and the food is average and bland at best. Avoid!

Our order arrived right on time for a weeks worth of dinners while on a business trip. The wide selection meant no repeat meals for five days, and plenty of options for even more.

All of our choices were delicious and so easy to prepare. Just heat and serve in about 5 minutes. The chicken and Asian meals were highlights, but the pork, beef and veggie selections weren't very far behind.

We now have a few on hand at all times just in case we need a delicious meal at a moment's notice. There will be a meal you will absolutely love ...or 10.

Love it. The food is delicious and portion are good. I haven't cooked in a year haha :)

Choices are macro friendly, good ingredients for people with nutritional limitations, easy to freeze and heat up later, great for health conscious busy professionals

I’ve been eating Territory Foods regularly for more than a year. They are always healthy, filling, and the vast majority of the meals are also delicious. The chicken enchiladas and Dijon mustard pulled pork are my two favorites (though they might only be offered in the DC area). I haven’t had a single issue with delivery. I’d recommend Territory without reservation.
