Approached them to purchase an IPhone…

I attempted to purchase an iPhone 17 on contract over the phone after your website failed to work. What followed was a 50-minute ordeal of repeatedly providing the same information due to inefficient systems.

After all that, the documents sent for signing didn’t even work. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable—it should not be this difficult to complete a straightforward purchase.

I ultimately abandoned the process and completed it quickly and seamlessly with another provider. This was a shockingly poor experience and has completely deterred me from using your services again.…

Tesco Maryhill Phone Shop has excellent Staff Esp Emma who dealt with Me, I’m not the most clued up
On Phones but She made sure I got the best deal and listened to what I was looking for and what i needed Usage wise. Would highly recommend.

Left high and dry by Tesco mobile

My data roaming would not work in Europe although I was able to make calls and text.I rang the customer service and was told they needed to activate something and to restart my phone as it had been done.I restarted and found I still couldn't access data roaming and now also couldn't call or text. I contacted them by live chat FOUR times and nobody could solve the problem. They went through several steps on my phone despite the fact it was altered at their end by their customer service.I have an app attatched to a heart monitor to alert the hospital of any problems which CANNOT work unless i have data or wi-fi.My phone shows no network so have no idea whether anything will work when I return to the UK!
