Awful

Awful. Ordered products two weeks ago, money taken from account but not so much as an email acknowledgement of order, chased through chat facility on website and not getting anywhere. Suspect its a scam....

EDIT - Following the response below - I HAVE NOT received any confirmation email from the business - and up until today the 07/09 the tracking is showing as unknown. Have now received an email to say it has been shipped and the tracking issue is just a tech glitch. Will update as the saga continues.

Tesgod is a very dishonest company

Tesgod is a very dishonest company. I purchased some rim protectors along with bumper protectors and the rim protectors did not look good on my car, so I contacted tesGod and they indicated that I can send the items back for a refund. They sent me a shipping label, but they only sent me one shipping label. They told me I can put the bumper protectors inside with the rim protectors since they’re only gonna give me one label to return. Tesgod received my items, but indicated that I did not return all the items back so they will not refund my money. If I contacted them to let them know that the rim protector did not look good on my car, then why would I keep three rim protectors and only return one? It doesn’t make any sense! There are four wheels on a vehicle and I kept three? Total lie!!! I’ve been filing claims with PayPal And I’m also going to contact the Better Business Bureau because they are just stating that so they don’t have to refund my money. So now I spent $182.16 on items that they still have. So they have my money and they have the items Very dishonest company. I will not ever purchase anything else from this company and I warn you all as well. Tesgod indicates that a third-party checked the returned box. They are dealing with a dishonest third-party then. Because I returned all my items and they’re working closely with this third-party so they don’t have to refund my money. Do not purchase from this company, they are frauds.

I sent you an email to communicate with you but you refused. We are honest in doing business. The missing items in your returned goods were checked by a third-party insurance company, not Tesgod. The returned goods will not be returned to Tesgod, so we don't need to lie to you.
