DO NOT BUY from this SCAMMERS

i received the wrong product after waiting two weeks, the plastic part of the Telsa 2025 Model 3 Highland did not fit. i contacted seller and they give the the run around wanting me to accept store credit instead of sending the correct part.

Frustrating Experience – Avoid TeslaHubs

I ordered the Teslahubs™ Space Box – CarPlay for Models Y, 3, S, and X on June 7 and didn’t receive it until June 23. The tracking system they use is practically useless—no updates until the package is out for delivery.
Unfortunately, the product didn’t work as advertised. I reached out for a refund, but TeslaHubs has ignored my request. Instead, they repeatedly asked me to update the unit’s software to "fix" compatibility issues with Tesla’s system. These updates didn’t help at all. It honestly feels like a tactic to delay and distract until you give up.

The product doesn’t function properly, and John Williams at TeslaHubs has ignored my refund request. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Avoid purchasing from this website

Avoid purchasing from this website. I ordered a Roof Sunshade Pro Kit over a week ago, and the shipping status has not been updated. Additionally, there has been no response from customer service.

Lack of Response

The initial order acknowledgement on 6/14 for Magic Box indicated shipping within 12 hours. This did not happen and instead I got a Chinese carrier update 10 days later indicating they had received information. Despite multiple emails to Teslahubs there was never an update on the status just - we are looking into it and get back to you. No updates!

After almost 3 weeks, on 7/2 an attempt was made to deliver to an unknown address and no one called me for verification. I have since called the local final mile carrier twice and have been assured it will be here in 3 days. So if this is true, I might get the Magic Box after 4 weeks. That is unacceptable especially with no responses or updates from Teslahubs

CarPlay adapter does not work

I order a CarPlay kit they advertised as a Magic Box which had good reviews. I was shipped a different product that does not work like other reviewers have stated. Run around from the customer service, they don’t reply u less you email multiple times and just kick the can down the road.

I ordered a CarPlay adapter. Upon receipt, it did not work. After 4-5 email exchanges where they kept having me jump through hoops, including sending pictures and videos and “updating” the unit, it remained nonfunctional.

They refused to refund my money and refused to provide me return information. When I protested the purchase with AmEx, they challenged it because I hadn’t returned the item - even though they wouldn’t give me return information.

This is a scam. Please spare yourself the pain of engaging with them

False and Deceptive Advertising

Teslahub claims to provide a full sound kit for the Tesla Model X. The pictures show seals for the rear doors and says its for the complete vehicle. After two months of fighting, they now confirmed that they don't send the rear pieces because of the difficulty of the rear doors. This was despite their customer service saying they were sending the missing pieces. Instead, they sent another front set as "a courtesy". They will not refund so I have filed dispute as well as a report with the BBB

A real scam

A real scam! I waited almost a month for the delivery and they arrived not for the highland model but for the pre-restyling version despite having sent them an email informing them of my “highland” version...plus all the gaskets do not have the 3M stickers as advertised in all their videos! Stay away

This outfit even falsifies reviews. Their site reads trustoilot 327 reviews 5 stars.
Outrageous. They have charged me for an item, and all I have received is a confirmation that the item is being picked up by the carrier. Almost two weeks have gone by, and the status hasn't change. Follow up inquiries result in polished email stating that it's on it's way. NOT!!!

Do not order from Teslahub

Do not order from Teslahub. Unethical. If you have an issue with the product they will continually give you the runaround. They never answer a question, but only bounce questions back at you. Their whole goa in customer service is delay. Theor website clearly says you have 14 days guarantee return policy. They do not honor it. The "customer service" is nothing more than delay and hide the ball. I tried for 3 days to get a return address so I could return the item. Rather than give me the address, they just keep asking questions. And they are trying to keep my money. I intend to instruct my credit card company to not pay them. I can't stress enough... Do not do business with Teslahubs. If you have an issue, you will surely regret it.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. Bought a Tesla storage drawer which took a month to get, and then it was not what I ordered. Numerous emails, pictures, etc, for two weeks now and no closer to sending the wrong product back for a refund.

big thanks to buddy john for the awesome service! ordered a rare display screen and had a ton of questions, so i reached out to john. he got back to me faster than i could grab a tim’s coffee and had all the answers i needed… me, probably the kind of customer who’s a bit of a pain, but john handled it like a total pro. highly recommend!!

Grabage product.

Ordered the noise reduction kit in Dec 2024. Received it and it was for a Model 3 not a Y, as I had ordered. Trunk wouldn't close properly, frunk doesn't sit flush now. Total garbage, asked for a return/replacement. They asked for photos and video, which I sent in Dec.

Now, nearly 3 months later they finally replied and said they would send a proper replacement, even though I asked for a refund. We'll see if it ever shows up. The one I bought on Amazon for my previous Model Y was great, but no longer available.

One more thing, it took weeks to arrive, from China.
