2,5 months delivery time to Denmark :-( Had to pay DKK 200 extra in tariff to receive the package which was shipped from China. Had to write twice to Teslaunch support to get answer. Bad experience, will never shop there again, cannot recommend.

Purchased a new item. Contacted immediately that it was not working properly. Ask multiple times if it was installed correctly, responded yes each time. Seller says they ship from the US and they don't, it comes from China slow boat. Absolutely terrible business practice.

I bought the Tesla rim protectors for my model Y. I will say, it’s one of the best investments I've made on my car. They've protected the rims, even during my cross-country drive. If my family is driving, they sometimes hit the curb, the the rim protectors get scratched instead of the rim itself. It’s definitely a must buy if you want to preserve the quality of your rims. Highly recommend!

Absolute con artists. Drop ship cheap nasty Chinese stuff and charge top money for poor quality / non fitting products for your Tesla. AVOID! Reported to bank for fraud taking £135 and no refunding or accepting a return from me as I was that unhappy. These good reviews are blatantly AI generated and fake.

I regretted choosing the standard phantom wheel covers for my new M3H. I just can’t get to like the black wheel look. With these trims, I now have the car I dreamed of.

I was dreading getting figuring out how to deal with the situation when I ordered the wrong part for my car, I accidentily ordered a part for a model y and not the model 3. To my delight they were absolutely awesome to deal with and went beyond my expectations to resolve the problem.

A wide selection to customize your Tesla. I’ve order quite a few things. I did have some issues with a couple of items but Joe in customer service was quick to make things right. Will definitely buy more in the future.

The BSD light strip is so easy to install Plug N Play and the illumination is beautiful. My Model Y is safer now with the Blind Spot warning. I recommend this to a friend of mine who has Tesla too and he's going to buy 2 for both of his Tesla. Teslaunch has very good customer service too. I would highly recommend Teslaunch to whoever want to accessories their Tesla.

Isofix guides are the wrong shape and could potentially damage seats.
Sun shades will not stay on windows and constantly fall off.

19'' Crossflow Aluminum Alloy Wheel Rim Protectors fit perfect and look really good on my Model Y Juniper

We received our items in a timely manner. The sunglasses holder is malleable enough that it doesn’t interfere with large cups in the adjacent cup holders. I recommend these items for Model Y owners and lessees.

This company stands behind their products and provide excellent customer service and support. The rim protectors look great. I had problems with one of them and the company expeditiously sent me replacements. They go above and behind to provide a satisfied customer and their products are excellent.
