Great services, products and prices!

I have bought a lot of items through the last 2 years from this shop. Their services are wonderfull, the products as described and package and shipping is first class! Prices are unbeatable and very often on sale! Communication is amazing too! I get replies to my emails usually after 3-4 hours. Really, I have no complains!

I'm living in a remote greek island,and everything I've ordered with Tesmar always arrived within a pretty decent amount of time, and in perfect shape. And yes the shipping fees are extremely reasonable! Thank to all of you guys!

The best magic shop in Europe

Super big storage of books, video-dvd’s and magical props. Tesmar Zauberartikel in my opinion has a widest seleccion of the latest 30 years of books and videos. I specially want to tell that the mailing service is fantastic and fast with reasonable shipping costs - although I am in Finland. Recommend highly!!!

When constructive dialogue goes dead

It with much regret that I post this response sent to me directly by Tesmar and not as a response to my comments on the level of customer service through Trustpilot. When Tesmar constantly has been complaining directly to me about shipping and labour cost it still goes beyond my understanding why orders are not consolidated and still shipped separately by different methods confusing me as a customer. When kindly requesting that an order should be shipped in its entirety it is taken up in a very negative way.

The comments by Tesmar of my suggested lack of knowledge of the shipping industry is given by him not knowing that I have been working with that industry for more than 15 years. The company that I worked for was just recently sold to Rhenus, a German conglomerate within global shipping.

And here is the response I received from the company which did not address the problems that I experienced. However it is true that I have ordered some books from the company after these experiences mentioned in my review which were delivered without problems. It is a surprise to me the personal attacks that this company has launched. The threat of lawsuits tells it all.

The support team answers in MINUTES

The support team answers in MINUTES, and they are ready to refund if something is wrong.
Usually international delivery is fairly quick, but a few times we had some delay due to customs (the company sent the goods immediately on the day of the order).
Generally, I'm very pleased and I'll continue to buy there

Support team is very rude

I reached support to edit an order and include one additional item for which they charged me via PayPal during this process but didn't include it (while having few days to prepare and do that), then will complain, about making little profit (quite strange and dodgy to share this with customers) and about their system making it difficult to add additional products to existing orders but still proceed on telling you it's possible and charge you. Which was the first red flag.
So I had to pay shipping costs twice if I wanted the second product as well.

They also promote "Spend over 40€ and claim your free item" on their website, beware this is not true.
Support shared they don't do this anymore but haven't updated the website yet, and again promised to deliver one due to their lack of transparency but never sent it, which doesn't really matter, though this is to share that they won't practice what they tell you.

I reached again to share this experience in hopes they will find it as a feedback, this time to see replies with harsh words that they don't care and I shouldn't contact/bother them again. Literally.
They refunded me for this order as I didn't want it anymore and shared that they don't care about the money either and I could keep this package, yet they requested the shipment to be returned to them before delivery.
To summarize they will try to play you and if it doesn't work out they become rude.

Also they will cut the deliveries to the last day possible (as stated on the product page) even while having the items ready to ship immediately.

However they do ship the goods and I already received one package from them. They will also refund your purchase if anything goes wrong.
Though I would still proceed with caution when purchasing on this website.
