Ordered tail lights. It has been over a month and it still has not arrived. I have asked multiple times to cancel the order. They refuse. Horrible company. Stay away.

As others have indicated, I thought this was a Bed, Bath and Beyond clearing house since they went out of business. I didn't do my research. Dumb move. I ordered from them and waited...... and waited. On the day that they said the items had been received, I was at home and the time stamp for the delivery was about an hour in the future. Nothing was received. So thus began the second step of my effort to get the items I purchased. They said if I would accept signing for the items, that they would reorder. I agreed. Again, I waited.... and waited. Just checked the shipping a couple of days ago and the items were delivered. NOT!!! Everytime I communicate with Tessavo, they blame it on the logistics company. They also say that the logistics company will not refund the cost. What is the Shipping Insurance for?? That was automatically charged when the order was made.
I contacted my state's Attorney General's office and they confirmed that this is a SCAM company. They suggested I go to econsummer.gov to register a complaint. This is a gov't run website that specialized in international fradulant marketing practices. Consumer protection authorities from around the world working together to combat fraudulent, deceptive and unfair trading practices. I'm going to open a complaint with them.

Placed 2 orders. None arrived. They made a 2nd Shipment. Same situation. That is, none of these 4 Packages arrived at my door. They promised to refund me 80% of the TOTAL COSTS, YET I RECEIVED ONLY 10%.

I thought it was a scam but decided to place a small $20.00 order to check it out. JUst as everyone else here wote the said delivery was done and when I receivved nothing, they reordered my mdse. after 2 months, I wrote them to say I wanted a refund. They offered me first 50% then 70% back. I was very surprised to see a credit on my charge card for 70% of my charge. I feel very lucky. That is why I gave this scammer 2 stars...Don't order from these people!!!!

If only there was an option for zero stars or less . Dirty scam company , will take order , take payment and no goods will arrive . Twice now I've been told the items have been delivered , asking for evidence conveniently the logistics system is not working . Fighting for refund at time of review , first offered 5% , what a laugh . Warning folks , do not enter into any contract / deal with these . Advertise on social media and Google . Dirty scammers .

This is a scam. They process as a seller for Bed Bath and Beyond! DONOT utilize or purchase from Tessevo.
Have not received any products purchased. UPS keeps sending request for delivery and request information to include credit card number, date and security number for card. This is also a scam!!!! Call your C-card and file a scam and no payment. Also, stress that no item has been received!!!!! I give them a 0 rate and classify as a SCAM. Beware!!!!!!

I bought some stuff 2 month ago they told me they will reship it I agreed. But again nothing. Always saying - You can trust us we are a legitimate company blah blah blah.
I agreed for them for a refund what did they do they gave me $6.00 au like really I spent more data on my phone for them then that price. I ordered lots of things from temu, PatPat, plus more and I’ve got it already.
CHANGE YOUR CARD AND DETAILS AND EMAIL. CAUSE GIVING $6.00 THERE TESTING YOUR BANK THEN THEY WILL TAKE MORE OUT. NEVER LEAVE ANY MONEY IN THE ACCOUNTS!!!!!!

Just after making a purchase because I thought it was bed bath & beyond I saw the charge was for this company, Tessavo.com and it was for clothing. I did not order any clothing from this company. I have sent them several emails and they have never replied. The worst part about it as soon as I made the order and saw what company was charging me I tried to get it canceled right away with Capital One. They would not cancel it so I'm still struggling here to get my money back!

I suppose it was time for an overdue slap of reality for myself. I had dropped my shopping pessimism and forgot the old adtige: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is..."

The advertising company behind this company is XUN MENG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. I was scammed by another website months ago by this advertiser.. This advertiser is based in Hong Kong. I'm sorry that I have taken so long to put the company name out behind this scammer.

Placed order on August 9,My package was not delivered. They say it shows delivered. Definitely was not delivered.tracking seems suspicious

I got a DELIVERED on the tracking but (fake name CHERRY) it’s stated it was delivered but nothing / I have 24/7 cameras monitoring the front desk were people sign or can leave it with the guard rep.
I live in a place with cams everywhere in our whole suburbs. Now we know for sure 100% they are fraud and we are the victims!!!! I found this out only 30 mins after I purchased stuff that the name of the company was called BED (BAIH) & CLEARANCE . Wrong spelling on the bath .
I asked for a refund their response was that.
Hi Dear, sorry for blah blah blah you know how it goes, then sorry we tried to asked for the refund back from the logistics company but they said no. So we got nothing if you want we can resend it again or negotiate something else. I said I want a refund I paid use now pay me back I’m not gunna wait another 35 days for that or your bulshit !!!!
So I’ll give the updates coming I will never stop until somebody helps with this.
Hey I really trusted them and was willing to buy heaps , loads more but I had to see first if they were legit as they were new and I gave them a chance . First time I’ve being scammed BUT EVERY DUG HAS THERE DAY!!!!!!!!!!
You know who I am, I’m very serious of my action I take!!!! This is only my first step to warn others so people DONT GET SCAMMED BACK AWAY IMMEDIATELY
They look real with tracking and get back with apologies but still nothing. If I get a REFUND ( WELL ILL CONE BACK HERE )
And tell you if they did give it back .
At least if they give the refund back .

This company is a scam. I got caught in their ripoff. Placed an order over a month ago and never received it. Now there trying to tell me it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors. They don't know I live in the country. Please don't order from them.

Minus 1star. Been waiting for my order that was supposedly delivered. Checked everywhere and there is no package. I’ve alerted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Would never deal with them again

Shouldn’t get one star!!! I wish I would’ve checked the reviews BEFORE I ORDERED!! No merchandise ever came! How do they get away with this????? They should be stopped and sent to jail for fraud!! I will never order from a website again without looking them up first!! Lesson learned. Hopefully my credit card company will refund me .

What a bunch of crapola. Created acct, went through process of ordering took my credit card payment waited the 3 weeks for delivery. OMG it was delivered but it was my fault it was taken from porch. I have 24hr camera surveillance and no delivery came here. So they offer to refund 70% so I said ok. Well at this point I KNOW I WAS SCAMMED. Lol. I’m still waiting for the refund. But hold on I called my credit card company and reported these SOBS and got a FULL REFUND. Hahaha so Puck them. Now the bank said they will get their money back. Hahahaha . So ya this is a 💯 % scam POS COMPANY. Stay clear.

Ordered since 8-5-23. It’s September 7 and no order. Fraud

Well well well !! I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from this website !! I placed 2 orders that the tracking stated were delivered but guess what THEY NEVER ARRIVED !! SHAME ON THEM !!! THIS IS SCAM SITE !! I can see possibly 1 order being lost but 2 ?? Come on !! I don't think so !! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE !! I should have listened to my son and not ordered thru them !! I will be checking my credit card statements VERY CAREFULLY for any fraudulent charges since they have my information !!

No products delivered. Offered refund or to re-ship, chose to be re-shipped. Again, no products delivered. Cannot provide business info or show proof of delivery despite claiming items were signed for. Complete waste of time and effort. Will be reporting to FTC

Never received the item we ordered, they gave me the run around so much that I gave up and cut my losses. I would NEVER trust this website! It’s a scam at its best! They offer to refund but then change their minds. And frankly I wouldn’t trust them to give me money back, they would probably take money out of my acct! Horrible experience and their customer service is bizzare, offering 50% of my money and when I said No they offered me 70% back. Desperate to get my banking info!!!!!

Buyer beware! Do not trust this website

After agreeing to send my review to Tessavo and them reading they sent me a full refund!!! I still wouldn’t trust this website though
