Incredible Customer Service
I took out a lifetime subscription to Tessie Pro, thinking that it would be just what I wanted to 'converse' with my Tesla Model S.
Unfortunately it turned out that it was not for me. I am not complaining about the App, but I felt that it didn't give me, personally, any advantage over the Tesla App.
I asked them to cancel my subscription and this was done immediately and my money refunded.
There was no argument, obfuscation and no attempt to delay the cancellation.
This is a lesson that other companies should take on board.

Brushed off by Tessie
I can't recall dealing with anyone who was more determined to be as unhelpful as they possibly could be. I needed to reset virtual keys on my Tesla and doing this through Tessie is what Tesla tell you to to. This didn't work so I emailed support.
Tessie support: talk to your electricity supplier: we don't know them.
Me: they can't help me reset virtual keys on the Tesal
Tessie support: you don't have an account.
Me: I do have an account. I logged in and sent this to you.
Tessie support: talk to Tesla.
Maybe they couldn't help me here. But the brusque replies and lack of interest doesn't suggest that this is a service to be relied upon.

You initially contacted me to complain that your energy supplier’s charging system wasn’t working. Tessie has no relationship with your energy supplier, and you are not a customer of my company, so it would be impossible for me to help with that.
You then emailed me again to complain that a help page on my website didn’t apply to your situation — a page I never directed you to, because it concerns a service you don't use from a company you're not a customer of.
After that, you emailed me again to declare that you're a CEO and you threatened to revoke leases that I have no affiliation with.
At that point, it became clear the concerns being raised weren’t related to Tessie or anything I could actually control, so I directed you to contact the companies you do have a relationship with so they could assist you properly.
If you ever need help with anything Tessie can assist with, I’m always happy to help — just reach out from the email associated with your Tessie account, and I'll take care of you.
As for your updated review, "9 months to respond says it all", it took 9 months because you created an unverified, unofficial profile for my company on this website. I was only recently alerted to its existence, so I claimed the page to respond.
