I love the quick delivery, how ever the testing facilities are needing more liquid for tests. Could you look into increasing the size of the tube to accommodate more liquid.

It was good the person who answered your telephone number could have been a bit more helpful but he was nice and the shipping was 1 day later than expected but it was all Ok and received!

5 stars for Testclear team!

A shipping error occurred by FedEx and my order was never shipped to me. Once the team at test clear was made aware of the situation, they immediately apologized for the mistake and shipped my order again with overnight delivery. Product received in under 24 hrs.

Everything as far as what I ordered is spot on. I have not performed my experiment so I cannot comment on the quality. The shipping was fast, but, Amazon has raised the shipping bar very high. 24$ for shipping is just not ok.

The whole experience was professional…

The whole experience was professional and great so far I just don't need this test kit anymore and I really wish testclear would accept returns for completely unopened kits for us hard-working people who don't have a ton of money.

Horrible customer service except for shipping dept, she was great!

The woman in shipping was great! Extremely helpful. However, I paid the extra $50 in shipping to have my product here by the next day. I didn’t receive it until 4 days later when I didn’t need it anymore. When I contacted testclear, they basically told me tough shit. I hadn’t even opened the box that it had been shipped in. I asked if I could just send it back since it’s still in the box they shipped it in, unopened. Again they told me tough shit. I spent $128 for nothing and all they could say was tough shit.

Excellent company

Arrived very rapidly. Service and support has been outstanding.

I have been using the 7 day detox and I am beginning day 6. I have followed the instructions as close to perfect as I can. I have 1 cup of caffeine daily. I hope that will change soon. My diet has been much much closer to your guidelines.

I am using the synthetic urine today for my employment pop quiz. If by some reason I have to retest I will finish the detox in time and no worries.
