Good experience, room to grow
I’ve been collaborating with Testerwork for a few years now, and my experience has been very positive overall. The test cases are becoming clearer each time, and the recent platform updates have really improved the workflow. Test Managers are responsive and helpful, and payments are reliable and fairly quick. Joining Testerwork is quite straightforward, as long as you take the time to study and truly understand the qualification test.
It would be great to see more testing opportunities available for Colombia, though I understand that depends on the clients working with Testerwork.

The sense of "community" here is little…
The sense of "community" here is little to none. Their platform makes it hard for testers to reach out to leadership during active testing. We can't interact with fellow testers outside of the project. I don't understand why they keep mentioning "community" in emails when there has been no change in the 2 years I've had my profile on this platform. Not only is there little support, they are not forgiving of tester mistakes. When a submitted report is sent back to you for edit, score goes down and pay goes down regardless of effort and time. I forgot to upload a file; I can upload it. Why demerit? I've only experienced that on this platform; elsewhere they are more understanding of testers. Also, there aren't that many opportunities on this platform.

Payments are really decent and encouraging
Payments are very encouraging and motivates testers to be more creative and deep thinkers in finding bugs on testing sites. But sometimes when surveys are filled for an upcoming projects testers don’t get any feedback from the team, I believe each tester has their account and devices all set up such that if a suitable project is available they should be invited hence the invitation to fill the survey but they get no feedback after.
