Trying to secure cancellation and a few occasions cancellations come uo but you can never secure the date because as siib as you try to book it it's gone or freezes or error message comes up.Dont waste your money.

Do not pay for it. Is throw your money. You will never have the opportunity to change the date with this app. Dates are controlled by bots or the dvsa web doesn't work enough fast to permit you change it. After three months trying every time receive a notification i deleted it. Lost £16.

It's rubbish. I have tried booking the cancellation but the website keeps loging me out or nothing coming at all.

This app is an absolute joke. My daughter had her test booked through Testi. She went to take her test today and it had been cancelled without any notification. She is devastated and in tears. Steer clear and don’t waste your money.

Beyond rubbish. error 15 constantly, customer service none existent. don't waste your money for a 'premium service' that is beyond poor.

Shame there isn't a ZERO STAR rating. Testi is useless. Every time we try to book a test for my daughter ERROR 15 comes up and we receive lots of troubleshooting advice about clearing browser history, removing extensions from searches, rebooting the phone, switch it off and back on again. It's an absolute joke - paying for a PREMIUM service and getting this garbage. We've been trying for weeks and this is useless. Every customer should be refunded their money until you fix it. It's not the customer's responsibility to troubleshoot your problem.

It’ll show cancellations, but if you make any attempt to book it through the app, you’re either automatically blocked by the DVSA website or the booking has disappeared already. Don’t waste your money on this app.

This APP is a waste of time, 10 Cancellation can come up and within seconds there gone, i think AI is grabbing the tests and selling them ? this has gone on weeks it does not matter how fast i am, there gone within seconds

It worked for booking my daughter’s driving test which luckily she passed in January but it’s not working now when I’m trying to book my son’s. I have the premium account and it keeps coming up with ERROR 15!! I clear all cookies, turn on and off the Testi extension, delete and re-install the app but is still happening!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!’!!! Has anyone else had this????

Total waste of money. Sure it shows cancellations, but as soon as you click the test is gone. Crap.

Doesn't work anymore. Can't login either with driving test ref.no. or theory test. Might be the new changes but they should let us know like other apps did. Don't pay for it.

Ok, I know that you may feel that it doesn’t work, specially if you have been reading the reviews here. I start using this app 4 days ago and as most of other people I didn't received some notifications or when I did, at the moment to click, the slot disappear. I started to believed that I was robbed by this app. But, yesterday, while I was at the park I received a notification and i decided to follow it. I didn't have any expectation, but I really wanted to change the location of my exam, so I just kept following the path and when I noticed it I have already change my test date and location. So yes, the app works. I don’t know if the first failed slots where an app malfunction or the big agencies bots (that we know are a big problem with the system), but I know that I was able to change my reservation thanks to this app. Just be patient and keep trying it.

Is supposed to log you in automatically when a test is available. Have missed out twice as this feature failed. A waste of time and money. Utter rip off adding extra frustration to an already frustrating situation.

An utter waste of money-grabbing rubbish. Any click-throughs result in blocked traffic on Safari-so it defeats the purpose. Perhaps the developers should fix the problem before misleading people and charging £11.99 for something that doesn't work. If you can't get it to work then stop charging people for an app that doesn't do what it claims.

No way to book test through Testi it's fake app showing slots available but there is not. Save money . I've heard it used to be a good app. Not anymore

This is useless...does not help as I click on the notification2 secs later and log in still don't see any dates on availability . Waste of money

This is as dodgy as they come.
They managed to change my son’s test reference number. So I couldnt access the DVLA site with the original details.
Once I realised I deleted the app and cancelled the test- as they have ALL the details they need to change the dates.
Use the official site NOT this.
I’ve heard horror stories of people turning up to non existent tests - shame on you.
