Excellent company

Excellent company! Everything was seamless—results were quickly posted to my Quest portal, and I received a helpful follow-up call from the Health Testing Center the next day to explain them.

Incredibly grateful for this service

Incredibly grateful for this service. When my local doctors refused to test me for ureaplasma despite having symptoms, this test kit was my solution. It was easy to use, and I had my results in a little over a week. Because of it, I was able to get the treatment I needed and finally prove my doctors wrong.

Testing.com seems to be out-of-business

Purchased a comprehensive series of tests for my wife in January. She had blood drawn on June 9. In past dealings with Health Testing Center, results were available within three business days. It has now been 10 days with no results. I have sent two emails to their recommended email address with no response. Finally I called, and NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! During business hours! They either are out of business or simple scamming people. I hope I will be able to get the results directly through Labcorp, as my wife does not want to go through having that much blood drawn again, plus she is very anxious for the results.
UPDATE: In their response, testing.com claims to have reached out by email, but we have received no such email (and we check the spam folder several times each day). Perhaps if they actually answered OUR phone calls, we could have resolved this by now. But they are essentially incommunicado. No way to run a "business."

Good Morning,
We have also attempted to contact you in regards to the laboratory tests via phone call and email as we need to verify some of the information on the report before the physician will release them. Due to privacy purposes we have not left a voicemail as the phone number that was provided to us upon ordering is a business phone number. Our Customer Support team has reached out to you via email again today, please check your spam folders as our emails end up there sometimes as well.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have representatives available to answer incoming phone calls. We do follow up with and respond to our customers throughout the day both via phone call and email. We just sent the email again with the information that we require to the two email addresses we now have on file for the above mentioned order. Hopefully you receive that email in one of your inboxes. We will also attempt to call the phone number that we have on file again.
Thank you.

I was ordering tests from Health…

I was ordering tests from Health Testing Centers with no problems. After the take over by Testing.com, I cannot figure out how to order tests on their website. I tried many times and cannot find out how to order test and have them taken at either Lab Corp or Quest. Really, I have never encountered a more difficult website than Testing.com to navigate. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Stealing Customers Credit Cards

Company was taken over by new management and I think they're doing something criminal. Everyone else here has said the same thing - they're going back and charging credit cards with ZERO CONSENT OR PERMISSION, I got billed around $1,000 recently and I haven't contacted them in 4 MONTHS.

Tried emailing them, they ignored 4 emails, on the 5th told me to talk to my bank. Absolutely criminal, something weird is going on here.

The recent transaction that you have noticed on your account is due to an incident that occurred on November 12, 2022 that resulted in a refund of your original order(s) that was(were) purchased with Health Testing Centers between April 1, 2021 and November 11, 2022. An email was sent to our customers on December 13, 2022 in regards to the incident and the upcoming process.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the incident that occurred on November 12, 2022 and for the reversal process taking longer than anticipated.

Depending on your financial institution, the reversal that was initiated may show as a new transaction or it may also be attached to the transaction ID for refund that was processed. We would suggest that you follow up with your financial institution to understand how they present the transactions on your account as that is information we do not have access to.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this incident has caused. We can assure you that the error that occurred on November 12th is something that will never happen again as this was corrected by our developers immediately after noticing what occurred.

I never do this but, 0 stars. FRAUD. Avoid at all costs.

I never post reviews like this. 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. Go to InsideTracker instead. This company charged us 13 months after we purchased something. Their explanation? "Our payment processor refunded thousands of payments so we pulled them again" That is immoral and unethical. These business mistakes should never be passed onto your customers. You chose to do business with Braintree, not us. You should eat the cost of these leadership mistakes instead of passing them onto your customers. My wifes account went negative and now she can't pay bills this month. Hope that makes you feel good. I will be sharing this message with my health niche related audience across multiple platforms to make sure they don't do business with you ever again. Poor choices lead to poor outcomes. A simple $169 refund is going to cost you thousands of customers. Train your customer support supervisor to realize this before charging customers 13 months later and assuming that is ok. That is not ok. I reported you to BBB, posted reviews on every social media site, and I will be sharing this with my audience as well. Was it really worth the $169? Poor business practices. Do not trust this company. Take your hard earned money to a company that actually cares about you!

Fraud

In September 2021 I ordered two tests. One was for $229 and the other was for $39. I paid for those test at that time and was satisfied with my purchase.

Fast forward to December 22nd 2022, I noticed that my debit card got charged $229 and $39 from a company that I didn’t recognize and didn’t authorize, so I immediately called the bank and claimed it was fraud as I didn’t know what it was. The bank canceled issued me a new debit card and credited my account with the $229 and $39 while they investigated my claim.

Yesterday January 30th, the bank withdrew those two amounts again stating there was no fraud. I asked for the companies name and number and did a little digging.

Health Testing Centers said they did a re-branding to testing.com. They stated that during the transition, on November 12th 2022, they accidentally issued refunds to some customers who purchased through Health Testing Centers dating back to April 2021. Starting on December 9th they started reversals of those accidental refunds.

My bank originally thought this wasn’t fraud but upon further review and investigation, we found that this company never “accidentally refunded” me money in November 2022.

This company stored my debit card information for over a year, and reversed a refund that they never issued. So basically they stole money from me claiming it was due to a non existent refund they issued me a year later.

THIS IS FRAUD! And if you read more reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one. Thankfully my bank is on top of it.

Good Afternoon,
I do see that you spoke with a representative on 01/31/23. We offered to send you the transaction receipts that we provided to the your bank in reference to your dispute to confirm there was in fact a refund issued in November. I do show the receipts were sent to your email confirmed on your account.

The transaction on 01/30/23 was initiated by the bank (not Health Testing Centers) as a result of the dispute you filed being resolved. Please give us a call if you would like to follow up on this information.

Don’t trust them with your credit card

Don’t trust them with your credit card. Around April/2022 I ordered a lab test and paid using my credit card. On 11/12/2022, they charged my credit again for four lab tests that I’ve never ordered.

On Saturday, November 12, Health Testing Centers completed its rebrand to Testing.com. During the transition, refunds were erroneously issued to customers who purchased orders with Health Testing Centers dating back to April 1, 2021.

The transaction from that weekend is not a duplicate charge or additional charge from Health Testing Centers or Testing.com.

Since Saturday November 12, we have been actively working with our merchant partner to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We were advised that we would receive a notification as to when the reversals of the erroneous refunds would occur so that we may contact our affected customers. However, it does appear that the partnering bank has started the reversal process as of December 9, 2022 without notifying us.

The reversal for the erroneous refund that was issued on 11/12/22 will appear as a new transaction on your card and is simply to balance out the refund that was issued. If you were issued multiple refunds, all of these refunds will be reversed and will appear as new separate transactions.

We will be in contact with additional information as it becomes available, and we thank you for your patience. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and any confusion this has caused.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is a total scam. I ordered a home test kit and sent it out, and it took FOREVER to get to the lab. And I STILL haven’t got my results yet. I constantly email these people like every other day. And they always say oh it’s not ready yet , etc I’m convinced that this isn’t even a real company, just a place to scam you out of $99. I will NEVER use this site again. People save your money and just go to a real doctor and get tested or a real lab like Quest or labcorp, atleast you get your results the next day unlike this place. This company is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO, and should be shut DOWN. Because they are are literally playing with people’s LIVES here. Nobody has time to wait FOREVER for the results of a potentially threatening illness. How inconsiderate can you be? This should be illegal what their doing. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

UPDATE: They literally just emailed me now and said my sample is not viable anymore. What a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN. I don’t care WHAT you’re rated. Your company is terrible.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry to hear that you are having issues with your order. Testing.com (previously Health Testing Centers) has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since 2/10/2018 and we currently hold an A+ rating. We take pride in offering superior service in a timely manner to our customers. Upon further investigation I see we advised you via email that the specimen was delayed in transit with USPS and expected to be delivered soon. Once the specimen has reached the lab testing usually takes 3-5 business days to receive the results.

The overall process was exactly what I wanted

The overall process was exactly what I wanted. The website is user-friendly and had a good selection of labs that I could choose from. There was a small physician fee that was added to all of the labs I ordered not each individual one like I originally thought when looking at the website. I was able to choose which lab draw location I was wanting to go to, which meant I could choose the lower cost. After I ordered the tests I wanted and paid for them, I received the lab requisition within an hour and scheduled an appointment to have my lab drawn. I didn't run into any trouble at the draw station with regards to the lab, requisition and pre-payment. I did receive an email from Health Testing Center stating that if I had an issue at the lab draw station to show them this email as confirmation that the tests have been paid for. Two days after I had my labs drawn. I received an email and a text message from Health Testing Centers stating that my labs have come back and to follow the link. Their email coincided with an email I received from the lab draw station stating that they had my lab results were ready for review. Overall, I would highly recommend Health Testing Center for anyone that's wanting to get lab testing done without going through insurance or a Physician.

It took too long for the results

It took too long for the results, yet that’s the mail these days.
I called in twice and the customer service was splendid and warm.
The explanation for following the instructions were clear and precise. All packaged well for deliverance back to the lab
It would be good to know before you get the test to know about no drinking or sexual activity.
