I have used Testing for all several times and they are brilliant ! They even offered a refund because the tests were delivered with 2 days delay .

Just used testing for all via zoom for a fit to fly test. Everything was perfect. Whole testing process took less than 10 minutes, plus the 15 minute wait time for test. I have used this service before and will use again, highly recommended. Maxine was friendly, helpful and very professional.
I ordered a Day 2 test for my return to the UK on the recommendation of my house mate who has used the company often and rates them highly.
While I was away, the Covid testing regulations changed and returning a sample by post just before the weekend would have meant self isolating until early then next week, missing an important work meeting and family event in the process. Despite fact that the policy change must have had a catastrophic impact on their business, they were promptly able to offer me a refund which I have since received.
I cannot thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Shame!!!! They did not deliver my PCR test on day 0. Customer service is zero : they never came back to me despite multiple emails and I have got no refund !!!!

All such a pain but a decent company not being greedy makes things so much better.
My daughter paid for her test kit, it's now day 2 and it hasn't even been received by the postal service. We called them, but they aren't taking calls because they're overwhelmed. not replying to emails either. This is not good enough for something as important relating to travellers at this time who have to prove they're negative, why the hell can't we use our own home kits, which would have had this done and dusted, instead of relying on a company who can't even answer a phone. DO NOT book your test with this company, it stresses everyone out waiting for it.
