used this service only once for a single test. The trial terms and automatic subscription renewal were not clearly presented, and I was charged JPY 4,590 without clear consent. I immediately requested a refund, but customer support sent a robotic reply refusing to refund, only telling me to cancel. This is highly misleading. I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. They charge 0.10 $ at first not saying anywhere that is a subscription when you first pay, i was lucky that after i did the test i played around with the interface and i saw manage subscription and i canceled the subscription, if you are wondering yes this is fraudulent, because the law states that they are obligated to make it clear that there is a subscription, if you do get charged, contact the bank and request a chargeback, tell them that you did not agreed to any subscription they most likely gonna go through with the chargeback, sorry for the bad grammer and if i made a mistake but english is not my first language, i hope this is gonna help someone.

I have signed for one time payment for IQ test results that cost me 0,50 euro but on the next day I was charged for 49,90 euro for a “monthly subscription” that I haven’t actually signed for as there was no such information in original payment. Never trust this site, they’re scammers and decline to refund anything even if you cancel your subscription on the same day you’ve been charged!

It's a scam for 0.10€ u start a subscription without them telling you and afterwards you get billed 49,90€

I would give a 0 if I could. It’s a scam. They deceive you by thinking your only paying 10c but really take $49 a day later

As the others wrote, it only shows €0.1 without showing the recurring €49.9 it charges every month. This is obviously a scam and against EU regulations. Consider suing them

BEWARE SCAMMER - this company have scammed my young son. They charged him 10p for an IQ test then signed him up to a subscription for £49.90 without his consent. This is a recurring payment and there is no way to cancel the subscription.

Scam site. There is test you take and for the report you pay 0.1€ . Until then ok, I wanted to give it a go and see the result. Then the day after I got automatically charged 49.9€ because of a subscription. Subscription for what service precisely? Total scam, stay away. Ps: the report wasn't even worth the 10 cents.
