I really didn't get appropriate…
I really didn't get appropriate diagnosis eventhough they conducted the test twice. It still read positive. I paid twice for the test as well.
This made me cancel my appointments and flight,and lost all that cash including the flight fee.
upon second thought I did another test elsewhere and it was negative that just two days after the initial test

There is always a 2-3% risk to receive an inconclusive, or a false, result, depending on which test you take. If you get a positive result we always call the customer to ask some questions to investigate if everything seems right. If not, we offer you a new test for free.
The 2% risk of getting a false result can happen in both ways. Maybe it was the third test that was false.
However, we are very sorry you had a negative experience at Testmottagningen.
