I placed an order through the official website. They took my money. I have no shipping information they will not respond to emails from the customer service. The phone number is that they give you that are in Hong Kong and in Dublin Ireland do not work, and or they will not answer the phone. I have placed multiple phone calls to the Hong Kong phone number and it’s always too busy for them to answer the phone on multiple times during the day and different days of the week. Do not purchase this. It is a scam.
