There was an issue with my Day 2 Covid test which was promptly resolved. Andrew was excellent at customer service, keeping me informed of developments and ensuring that I was satisfied with the outcome - which I certainly was!

I had a phone call this morning with Andrew. He is so polite and humble person. I wish all tests4you customers service be like him.

I never received my test results (apparently the sample was delivered to the wrong lab), but Ricky was very helpful in trying to figure out what happened an offering me a refund.

The PLN did not arrive by either SMS or email but Mr Jasper (Customer Service) was super prompt and efficient in getting them to me. Absolute professional at what he does and a credit to test4you.

Such a very experience speaking to the Customer Services. Mr Ash was very proactive and guide me through all the way to complete the form. He also managed to call me back when the line was disconnected. Very appreciate his help and attention to details

Smithy was a great help. I will name my next child after him. What a guy!!

Unfortunately my order never came however the tests4you staff like Daniel were really nice and polite, replied to all my emails and they gave me a refund.

Steve Rogers kindly resolved our problems and we are happy with his prompt response.

The cheapest option. I had some problems getting the code for the entry form but Ricky helped me.

A few weeks ago I wrote a review and gave only ONE star. Since then I have received brilliant help and understanding from this company and I am now very happy to give a 5 star rating. There has definitely been a mix-up on the delivery of our original order when only one of two items ordered were delivered. It seems that this fault was with the delivery company. After a number of e-mails sent to 'Tests4you', I received a 'phone call from somebody called Steve, who was aware of the problem. He could not have been more helpful and undestanding and he promised to send our order - express / next day delivery and this is exactly what happened. We now have exactly what we ordered in the first place and we are very happy with the service. Thank you to Steve, Adam and the whole team.
