I had a problem completing my Passenger locator form. ANDREW at Tests4you was extremely helpful this afternoon, going through the information of my order of 6 December and was able to give me the correct reference number as I had written it down incorrectly. Thankyou Andrew.... I was able to complete the form and submit it to the UK gov. Site. So will now be able to show the form at Border passport controls tomorrow. I have had excellent service from Tests4you in December when I ordered the test kits, and can recommend this company to anyone needing to purchase test kits.

Received 1st class service from Jasper, absolutely fantastic, Very kind and helpful, he has been making calls and helping me the whole day, I had many concerns booking the test as my flight time was changed at the last minute, and all the test arrangements were made but Jasper had been himself taking the initiative to call me as I was extremely stressed out and worried but He made me feel at ease, he helped with providing all the information needed and clearing all my doubts and concerns and kept reassuring that it was all okay, confirmed and dispatched.. My second time using tests4you for lateral flow tests. Was not disappointed: very competitive prices, delivery on time, easy-to-use tests and great customer service. I had a train to take, with a test to do in the 24h before. When I saw the results weren't arriving as fast as the last time I used this company, I called their customer service. Jasper first sent a message to the lab and 2h later, I called again and Andrew made sure to have the lab send me the tests right away. They were both very helpful and efficient. I got my results just in time for my train and Andrew was such a love to follow up to make sure I got them in time. Thank you! :)

I had an issue with refund, and contacted customer support couple of times. Soon after, a person who named Kevin got back to me and listened to me and showed me a good gesture. There are bunch of companies up here not caring customers but I had an impression that tests4you cares. The refund was processed soon after I spoke with him.

I was wondering for the PLN but she provided and resolved the issue in less time.

Unlike ExpressTests they treated my order for more than one test as a single order and just communicated with me rather than sending separate information to every test-ee.
Our Day 2 test at home lateral flows arrived on the day required even though we only ordered them 1 full working day in advance ( the evening of the first day we were allowed to order - 9th Jan) and the certificate was sent the day after we registered our results.
I did find the registration process a bit confusing as the post-submission webpage was the start of the process with just a small and easily missed "thanks" message at the top so I went through it twice but thankfully it didn't cause issues getting the certificate.

The ordering process was straightforward and our tests arrived on time. The instructions for taking the test were clear and taking the lateral flow test was easy. The registration process and uploading of required photos was far more difficult than expected,for both my husband and myself,but we had excellent customer service support from Ash who took care to explain what we needed to do and finally found both our registrations on his system and ensured that the confirmation emails were sent out to us. With a less than clear online process to follow it was a relief to be able to talk to a helpful customer services rep. Full marks to Ash.

The test kit arrived quickly. My wife made the test on the day after she arrived, 11/01, posted the same day and the test kit was recorded as received on the 12/01. It is now the 15/01 and she still has not received any result.
(updated)We messaged the company and it turns out I did not register the kit properly and put an incorrect phone number in too! The company has been very good in sorting out my mess. Thank you!

Adam was very helpful. There were some hiccups in my order's delivery, but he managed to sort them out and get the PCR tests to me. They arrived a day after I landed which is annoying, but he arranged a refund for me so I can't complain

Simply perfect. We got everything in time, they gave the results to my girlfriend on the designated date and, when I found myself without results because well, mistakes happen, they answered me in a matter of hours and solved it. I would totally recommend. Also their prices are okay at the moment of this review (compared to others who rob you)!
