This is a scam. Just yesterday I paid the fee to join. Today apparently I need to upgrade to premium to get a slot. Avoid!
First of all, they don't make it clear that you need to already have a test booked before you use their service. So you need to go through the hassle of actually booking a test in the first place anyway.
Second - on your account page, make sure you untick the box for "autobook". I got a message at 7.50am one morning saying my test had been pushed back 3 months despite me not confirming via text. After checking the website I realised why: if you tick autobook they will change your test date automatically without giving you the chance to review the date and confirm. Still, the website is very generic and vague and unclear. Whilst I have now got a test at a reasonable date, still AVOID this website if you want to avoid stress and upset.
IT IS A SCAM- DO NOT USE.
They automatically change your test to later than you wish.
It's scam, they wont actually find a test for you. Should have read the previous reviews on here and listened. Just find one yourself or use a trusted service. Don't waste your money on these guys. Money back guarantee is utter nonsense/plain lie. There's no guarantee of anything, your money OR a test slot. You'll notice not a single review above 1 star lol
Scam do not use them , 22 pounds down the drain .
My daughter signed up to this and ever since, has not been able to log into the site .. we have tried multiple computers / tablets / phones, all give the same error, so its not us ! ..
Attempted to contact many times, all with no success, either emailing directly, or via their online form.
Edited to add, after nearly 4 hours of trying to get access to the account, I have been able to log into it, but the account is still set as a "Trial Account" ... !
After reading the other reviews, I am not comfortable giving this site access to my information to permit it to change my test booking date ...
AVOID at all costs ! .. Do it yourself, it takes time, but we have managed to book and change our booking without involving these muppets.
Edited to add, noticed a refund for £22.99 in our bank account from "Test Cancellations" in Macclesfield.
No followup emails to explain the transaction, but I assume it is from these people.
So Top Marks for the refund, but poor app / customer communication
Total con! Absolutely useless, had no notifications and when we found a slot ourselves they refused to give us our money back!
Total scam. All tests offered are 3-4 months after my booked date in December.
Randomly text me ar eight o’clock at night telling me my tests been moved to MARCH! Without approval.
Do not recommend this scam company. Avoid at all costs. No point of contact other than random email addresses, no number no nothing. Don’t fall for it like I did!!
They are a scam and just take your money.
This is scam. This site does not provide service that it should. The webiste is buggy. I bought a premium plan, but it keeps showing me Trial. Wrote to helpdesk but get general response like "we promoted your account to premium" but still see the error.
Now I got an email that I need to pay more to get my case reviewed, just for helpdesk.
I signed up 3 days ago, having been promised quick results. So far, I have had no cancellations but have found several myself and one in 4 weeks time. I have emailed to suggest they haven’t been looking and have taken my money fraudulently and would like a refund. No contact back as yet. AVOID at all costs…
