The only time they ever get anything good on Free Gift Friday, it's immediately sold out. I'm done with New Beauty.

Company billed without sending notice. I pointed out the California Law (specific section and subsections) that prevented them from auto-renewing without providing written notice (e-mail or mail). They admitted that they didn't send notice, and said they didn't have to because of their terms and conditions. When I asked which terms and conditions they were referring to, the agent I was speaking to didn't even know.

This company is the reason that auto-renew consumer protections exist. They feel they are above the law. After they process the renewal, they refuse to refund, despite the fact that they billed illegally.

This company preys upon their customers, and hopes that they won't have the knowledge or follow-through to pursue their rights as consumers. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I don't think they are, because the way in which they are breaking the law keeps the money in their pockets.

Keep up the fight, know your rights, and don't let them get away with breaking the law!

I had ordered one of those Free Gift Friday and paid only for the shipping and handling of 10.95. Which is a very good price for the item. However I never received the tracking for it which worried me as I have never shopped with them before. So I contacted NewBeauty through their provided email and explained to them about my missing track number and if it was being processed or not. NewBeauty didn’t give me a clear response, only said that the Free Gift Friday is popular and that the manufacturer don’t restock the Free Gift Friday’s products because they change the free gift every week. Then said they were willing to give me a refund.
So I wrote back saying I wasn’t understanding the situation (Because they didn’t answer my questions). I continue to write saying if there weren’t anymore Free Gift product that I specifically ordered why wasn’t I notified about it and ended it with asking for my refund if they don’t have the items in stock anymore.
Like what???? If there wasn’t anymore in stock, then notify me about it? If there wasn’t anymore in stock, why was I able to purchase it when it was “available” that Friday. Also they quickly deleted the email after replying back to me saying they refunded me and continued to ignore all my questions. Super suspicious as if they wanted to hide evidence. Highly unprofessional with how they responded back to me. And yes I still have all the email in my outbox and no I did not delete their emails also. Smh. I don’t recommend their website. Lowkey felt like they were going to make a run with my money if I hadn’t reach out first. I would’ve been okay if it wasn’t in stock but with how they ignored all my questions was rude and unprofessional. I told them I was going to leave a review so here I am. Everyone please be careful of this website! I highly don’t recommend their website!
