If I could rate them as 0 I would have as they are not worth 1 star. I ordered under order #10230 a Tesup Atlas 4.0 wind turbine on January 13, 2023, and received my order two weeks later neatly packed in a wooden crate with sufficient packaging material to protect the components. Alas, that is where my joy ended and headaches began. The fastners sent with the product are totally inferior and I had to buy decent fastners as two days in a row the vanes came adrift and I could save them just in time before they got destroyed. The charge controller mountings are so flimsy one is scared just to touch the controller. The amp meter on the controller and display on the base unit does not work, at all. In trying to reach them would be easier to blow back the wind by letting go of one of your own than to get support from them. I managed to raise someone who got a certain other, who claimed to be an engineer, addressing everything which did function except my problems and then all went quite without being able to raise anyone. The shaft grub screws are totally insufficient and incorrectly engineered causing the shaft to wriggle when the wind is blowing even ever so slightly. Engineering leaves a lot to be desired as after tightening everything the mounting holes for the vane flanges do not line up with the shaft resulting in one needing to loosen the two shaft halves in order to line up the mounting holes. There is no key engineered to keep the shaft in place either. I will have to take the unit down and have my own engineering done to it which will void my warranty, but hey, you cannot even get support so to hell with their warranty. I have had 4 individuals over to see my setup as the also require a wind turbine for days the solar panels do not charge the batteries sufficiently and I advised them all to rather consider the German wind turbine. Tesup made in Europe when it comes from Turkey? Come on, get real. My advice, stay far away from Tesup.
ADDITION TO MY ABOVE REVIEW: DATED 03/03/2023. Repeated feedback on their webpage go unanswered as do my request for them to refund me and collect their junk. Made an appointment for technical support chat and first available appointment is 29 March 2023. They must be extremely busy then? Why? They contacted Trustpilot to request me to supply additional information and I sent them pictures and the info requested now a week ago and all is as the grave. The unit is pushing no charge into the batteries and too boot the bearings in the base unit have become very noisy due to a constant grinding noise. This after two weeks of operation? What will it look like after two months? The shaft cannot be tightened due to poor engineering as the turbine blades' flange holes cannot line up once the shaft has been properly tightened causing the turbine to wriggle when turning. I reiterate, stay far away from Tesup as the product engineering is pathetic and even poorer non-existant support.

Had my 1½ month awaited support meeting yesterday to be told I abused the equipment and warranty voided due to connecting to a 3rd party inverter. This after sending pictures to prove that the controller is connected directly to the batteries as per their poorly constructed manual. Geez, they don't know the 1st two things about support why would one remotely think they'd honour their warranty? They are a crooked as the day is long. Deal with them at your own peril.

Inverter paid and not delivered.
No support or answer from the company/contacts.
Claims to be a 5kW turbine, but the controller limit is 2kW.

1 Star is one too many. This company is an absolute scam and the products are a total waste of time in build quality and generation capacity. I have had the Atlas x installed for 6 weeks in heavy winds on some days running at 50mph and as yet, not one unit of power has been generated. The supplied inverter from Growatt is a quality item but outside of the operational voltage range of the turbine and so it never gets past the syncing part to create power. If I use a leaf blower to get it to storm conditions and spin at the max rated voltage of 120 the inverter can sometime generate 23 watts of power! Please, don't be taken in by this outfit. It is a total scam, they should be blocked from trading in Europe by all platforms. Save your money for something else such as Solar PV.

We received our package with the Master X after being given the excuse of "supply issues". Ok whatever.

The assembly instructions are pitiful and lacking in detail. For example they show the cable going up through the stand but fail to mention the solid blocks of plastic in the joints. How are you supposed to get the wires to the bottom of the generator thats inside the stand through the solid chunks of plastic and the MANY crisscrossing bolts?
Also which bolts are supposed to go where???

Now the blades won't turn but the wind is strong enough to move and orient the body of the generator... When the blades are turned manually no power is generated.

Can't find ANY number to call or web page to ask for assistance.

I feel like this is all a waste of money.

I have been trying to contact Tesup for over a year to get detailed Information about two of their turbines 5 KW. I have left messages - No Reply. I got through to a person on one occasion to ask- she tried to get me to pay for asking a technical question on the product. I then researched the company and there are too many reviews stating they have not received products paid for or refunds. This sounds like a company to be beware of.

Do not buy. I have a Magnum 5 and it simple does not work. As I write the review the wind is howling and the turbine isn't rotating. In fact it never has. Wiring has be checked and all is ok. Had a call with Tesup representative and went through issues but nothing has been resolved. As per other reviews these products seem to be junk. Build quality is at best average. I will be pushing for a refund after holidays. Please don't be fooled. Not a UK company and not made in the EU. Geographical you might that the view it's made in Europe depending on your view of Turkey.

I have had some difficulties with this company in the past, but I believe they are now working hard to resolve matters. I have ordered their new wind turbines. The second parcel is delivered very quickly. This indicates good customer service.

Follow up review: after purchasing a magnum 5 wind turbine back in August it eventually arrived in October. It was very badly made and looked nothing like the one advertised. On closer inspection the stand doesn’t fit together, no bolts were sent to put it together it’s very badly made with huge gaps, it’s definitely not weatherproof! it’s been spray painted with a rattle can and the most important part was missing- the inverter.
After contacting tesup many times I had one reply from a guy called Merv, he said the inverter would be sent out from a different warehouse, that was over two months ago, I’ve since contacted them about 30 times and had no response.
I contacted my bank and they refunded me. I thought that was the end of it but no, tesup challenged it and the bank then a month later took back the money again. After speaking with the bank they confirmed tesup had proved it had been delivered, I explained that it wasn’t all delivered and it is not as described/pictured on the website. Unfortunately they said there’s nothing more they can do so now I’m over 2k out of pocket!
TESUP UK is a fraudulent company DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, if you have do not accept delivery as it won’t all be there and won’t be what’s expected.
Don’t be fooled by the website it’s very flash but all false! They’re not even based in the uk as suggested, the London address is a fake. Shipping comes from Turkey.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased a magnum 5 turbine. The product did not work as expected wind speeds of 3 m/s are show as operational however my experience is that it did not start to work in speeds up until 7m/s plus. I also ordered the ongrid kit including inverter the inverter arrived numerous week after the turbine and controller. On asking after sales for update on this everything is vague and I never felt they were actually in the knowledge of what was going on Not a company I feel has a good understanding of customer services. Also feel the product is put together with intentions to be good however hasn’t been worked through either in customer service or reliability/ quality and this leads to a very poor mix. I also felt the product to be noisy and wouldn’t have it close to neighbouring properties without complaint. Think I could actually write a book on this experience obviously a horror story.!! I purchased the product 30th Sept 22 turbine controller and mounting post arrived in October after DHL shipment from Turkey the inverter came mid later November after slow response to contact tickets and e mails all vague and none with any explanation on delay. First impression was good robust packaging but from there quality came into question outer case on turbine is glass fibre, spray painted poorly and logo stickers already starting to peel off not sure how the casing will protect the generator from wet wind weather doesn’t seem to be sealed well or allow water to dissipate, mounting pole components all mild steel and pole lightweight and not robust worrying bearing in mind this is to live on top of a roof and face the full elements of weather, had laid it out on a table outside and started rusting on day 1. Decided to persevere the inverter only comes in a single phase version. I have three phase supply to my home so asked to return and was told couldn’t as the box had been opened (looked at the inverter and closed re sealed box after realising the product wasn’t suitable) also I had only 5 days to return this ?? The e mail reply system used hardly allows this timescale. Eventually bough a new growatt 3 phase inverter from a different company. ( arrived next day DPD Wow you can get them) Could go on but seemingly I’m at risk of putting a bad light on things !!!! My Turbine is no longer to be used .Not something I would purchase again or consider recommending as an option based on my experience. I would stick to more tried and tested equipment time makes a good storyteller as history reveals all. Poor finish to my ideal of being power independent 🙁

Received my full order quite soon. However the inverters that were sent doesn’t have the functionality advertised on the full package. It states that it can also combine with solar panels. However the inverter supplied only has 1 pv input. Been trying to get hold of someone at Tesup since delivery, yet no response.

Tesup are suffering from global manufacturing headwinds and this is making delivery hard, coupled with a huge increase in demand due to the energy crisis. That's the context.
What Tesup were not good with was communicating that effectively to quite informed people (the types that buy experimental energy tech). Bland, placating emails with unrealistic delivery dates don't cut it in a social media world. And having literally no phone number - really?
Having said that, my experience with Nursu Aslan has been engaged and constructive. She has talked me (who has no specialist knowledge) through the best case use of the turbine, given me tips, and been helpful throughout. I do not doubt this company's technical expertise and commitment to the tech.
Manufacturing and communications are where they need to improve, but they know that.
I think they're being judged too quickly and too harshly right now; I'm prepared to give them the benefit. I think the tech is sound, but it's more startup than Apple levels of 'just works' we're so used to.

We have 23.1 in wind strength of storm force. Our magnum 5 which we bought 5 September 2022 did not survive the blades are totally broken. the wind turbine was bolted on with everything we got but no the storm just tore it away so tired of we spent so much money on it. We might be able to get it working again with new wings, they are totally broken. the electronics inside is the question, but it's boring. that it could not weather the storm.can we buy new wings

Pure waste of time, over two months and nothing arrived. I had to raise claim with my bank to get money back. So if you need wind turbine don't waste your time and buy from somebody else.

Placed an order for a vertical turbine then looked for a confined delivery date but no communication so now requested refund via Visa for what appears to be a big scam 👎

Easy to tell that this company is a total scam - check the positive reviews. Every single one is written in gibberish. Their web-site is very captivating and attention-grabbing but everything else is a total BS.

Absolutely mind boggling that Tesup is still in business. First, they promise prompt delivery (ships within 3-5 weeks) and then it takes 8-10 weeks with constant badgering to get them going. Customer service is nearly nonexistent as they do not answer emails (unless you send daily reminders to them to respond…I actually just copied and pasted my order number into the body of the email hundreds of times and kept sending daily until I got results). Now, after shipping and actually receiving my wind turbine I am being invoiced AGAIN even though the order was paid in full. Absolutely disgusted with this company. If I could make that one star into a negative I would. These guys will NEVER get repeat business from me and I hope others read the reviews before taking the plunge. They are not a scam but they are not a good business to deal with. Also, made in Europe is a lie. They are made in Turkey. Turkey has never been included in the EU as they are right in the edge of the Asian continent. Made in Asia is what it should say.

No feedback after 4 months.
I placed an order 15 June 2022 order number 10186 and 21 June 2022 order 10188. No feedback no wind turbine and no refund. I asked for a refund every day since the beginning of October 2022. They don’t answer any mails or reply to any tickets.

After five months, no shipment for Order Num 10381. I pay by transfer for an Atlas X on May. 25th and I haven't received the product on Oct. 10th. No news from the Tesup after sending many emails. I will be in London in the next weeks and I will go to their office to ask about it.

Hard for me to put 1 STAR for a derelict customer service division, which may be reflective of other divisions - except Marketing! Wow, TESUP looks great in media but delivering OUTCOMES of that promise of THEIR product is NOT TRUE from the very beginning of your purchase and expected outcome as a customer! (1) Ordered product in August with a small '3 day' delivery promise - subsequent tracking inquiries got varied response where final statement was that TESUP was awaiting the NEW version of the product, which was better for me... NOT - they delivered an older version of the product over 2 weeks later; (2) Product was delivered damaged due to manufacturer packaging error where their touted FOAM insertion was final pre-delivery step - that last step was MISSING - drive shaft was protruding from the box and interior was in shambles upon shipment delivery by DHL who ALSO failed to get a delivery signature... package was left at my front door and had visible BULGE at the base even tho it was tightly shrink-wrapped; (3) Within an hour of that unsigned delivery I contacted both DHL AND TESUP with this issue and was assured by DHL that it would be addressed - DHL agreed to cover damages BUT said TESUP had to submit the claim which TESUP REFUSED to do!; (4) TESUP does NOT assign a referenceable 'ISSUE' tracking number for use by customer (only the order number in the ISSUE submission) and they fail to send an email COPY of the submission for reference thus weeks went by in my WAITING for a response from TESUP which burned down my timeframe to claim issue with my credit card company - which I finally DID claim, however, TESUP claimed that I was the FRAUDSTER stating that they were a premier provider of wind products, etc. etc.!; (5) I documented this to the Nth degree including dated video and pictures used to submit to DHL, VISA, and - TESPU MULTIPLE ( SIX yes, 6) times via TESUP online Issue process - but that wasn't enough as they finally offered me $70 to cover 'visual' blade damages which didn't cover the BENT drive shaft and motor mounting within the cowelling which even the STRONGEST wind failed to engage the device to spin! HOW DO I KNOW?; (7) I had the turbine inspected by a independent professional in the business of wind turbines and he determined that the BEARINGs were preventing the shaft from turning freely - I provided this information to the credit card company, however, due to the time it took to get unbiased 3rd party assessment during COVID shut-down to do this inspection - the claim period had expired with VISA; (8) I emailed TESUP this information several times and was ignored until several emails and three (3) months later when I was told to submit the issue to customer service! WHAT...?

Well, GOOD LUCK if you order a TESUP product - just don't say you were not given a heads up! They DO NOT DELIVER a pleasant (but promised!) experience - except to MAYBE their top 10% military or enterprise-beneficiaries that TESUP focuses their interests on in order to fulfill their Marketing logo collection. It is a promising company but requires a good class-action to get them straightened out!

Review of Tesup Windmill Atlas 2.0

Unfortunately I had the same bad experience as many described in the reviews in here. This company realized there was an opportunity to get rich very fast due to energy situation in the world.

What strikes me most is the ability of the person answering my e-mails to avoid, assuming responsibility for a defective product. No matter of how many proofs I bring even if she knows it is true. Why is it so difficult to help your customers?

So many issues with this item:
- i was delivered a defective item, different as appearance and functionality than described at the time of purchase
- it is not IP (Ingresse protection) protected against rain water and dust

The windmill is NOT made in EU. Instead it is manufactured Turkey.
